Ennis suffers from dementia and is not familiar with the area, police added. Because of that and the cold weather, Ennis is considered at-risk.The man is described as Caucasian, six-feet tall, clean shaven, and with balding gray hair. It's an experimental medicine that President Donald Trump was given when he was sickened last month.
