After President Donald Trump blasted violence that has transpired at Black Lives Matter protests, claiming that Democrats are encouraging riots, Trump was asked to address a violent encounter involving a supporter of his last week.Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was charged on Wednesday for the deaths of two demonstrators in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and for wounding a third protester. After years of battling to stay near his family, a popular restaurant manager on Palm Beach is preparing to be deported to Mexico.Francisco Javier Gonzalez -- known by the community as Javier -- is saying farewell to the countless customers and friends he's made on the island, especially at Pizza Al Fresco — located about two miles from President Trump's property at Mar-a-Lago — where he has worked for nearly 10 years.In just a few weeks, he has been ordered to appear at a U.S. Immigration office in Miramar, where his attorney said he is likely to be taken into custody and deported.The 36-year-old moved to Palm Beach County from Mexico 20 years ago as a teenager to be near his brother, using what he thought was a valid visa.He says it wasn't until he returned to visit his parents in Mexico some years later that he learned the visa wasn't valid. After that, he said he returned to the country illegally to continue the life he established in South Florida, which has complicated his case with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement  (ICE) officials.Gonzalez has no criminal record. He's married to a U.S. citizen and has three young American-born children ages 6, 8 and 11.Over the years. Gonzalez says he's checked in regularly with immigration authorities as he works to become a citizen.However, with recent crackdowns on illegal immigration by federal authorities, Gonzalez says he knew his time was running short.When he checked in with ICE officers on March 17, he was told unless he left the country on his own, he would most likely be taken into custody at his next check-in.Now, Gonzalez is preparing for what may come next. All overseas travelers, except mainland China, will have to quarantine in a hotel for 14 days upon arriving in Hong Kong, the government announced as COVID-19 cases continue to surge.The new changes will go into effect Nov. 3 and remain until further notice, government officials said in its coronavirus tab on its website.The government said anyone who has stayed in high-risk countries Bangladesh, Ethiopia, France, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America must provide the following documents upon arrival:A negative COVID-19 test result, in English or Chinese, was issued by a laboratory or healthcare institution 72 hours before landing in Hong Kong. Lab results must bear the traveler's identical name listed on their valid travel documents.Suppose the report isn't in English or Chinese. In that case, passengers must show a written confirmation in English or Chinese issued by the laboratory or healthcare institution with the same name as on travel documents.
