Several Kentucky teachers won't be going to work Friday after the state legislature approved changes to their pension on Thursday.Educators, who are furious over the pension issue, called out of work in protest. At least nine counties have canceled school, the Kentucky Democrats tweeted early Friday. Kentucky has 120 counties.The bill, which overhauls the state's pension, passed mostly on party lines and heads to Gov. Matt Bevin, who supports reforming the system. Special counsel Robert Mueller is set to reveal the extent of Michael Flynn's cooperation and insights into the dealings of Russians with the Trump campaign and administration a year after the guilty plea from President Donald Trump's former national security adviser.In the court filing due by midnight Tuesday, Mueller's team could also nod toward the next criminal indictments in its sights.The special counsel's office is expected to describe the crimes Flynn committed that led to his plea and how he has helped the Russia probe this year. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators on December 1, 2017. The coming filing is meant to brief a federal judge before Flynn's sentencing.Similar filings before other Mueller defendants' sentencings -- former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, Dutch lawyer Alex Van der Zwaan and Internet salesman Richard Pinedo -- contained revelations about what each person did and knew connected to the Russians and members of the campaign. But none of those defendants cut a deal to cooperate with Mueller like Flynn did. Each earned prison time that ranged from 14 days to six months.Some of the details in Tuesday's filing could be described under seal, especially if parts of the investigation that Flynn contributed to are not yet public.Last December, Flynn became the first high-ranking Trump adviser to agree to formally cooperate with the special counsel's probe.Soon after his plea, attention turned to other Trump confidants and campaign and administration officials, including the President's son-in-law, Jared Kushner. The details revealed at his plea hearing raised the question of what Trump had known about Flynn's discussions with the Russian government.The fruits of what Flynn shared with investigators are not yet known. But he likely gave Mueller a window into not just the 2016 presidential campaign but also the new administration's dealings with Russians and reactions to the early days of the Russia investigation.Kushner has not been charged with a crime, nor have any others whom Flynn was outlined to have lied about. SPRING HILL, Fla. -- A Florida mother was arrested on Wednesday after deputies say she left her 3-year-old son home alone while she went out drinking. Hernando County deputies responded a home in Spring Hill after receiving a tip that a child was at the home without supervision. Deputies attempted to contact the 3-year-old boy around 2 a.m. on Wednesday. When deputies arrived they saw Kristen Broker, 27, being dropped off at the home. The deputy asked Broker if she knew the child. Broker told the deputy that he was her son. The deputy then asked if she knew whether or not the child was in the home alone.Deputies say that Broker told them that she knew the child was home alone. She told them that he was sleeping inside.Deputies found the young boy awake inside the home. He was in a queen sized bed with no guardrails, according to HCSO. "[The boy] appeared to be scared as to where his mother was," HCSO wrote in a press release.Deputies say that the only other adult who lives at the home was Broker's boyfriend, who was at work.Broker told deputies that she was at a local bar. Deputies say she appeared to be extremely intoxicated. She told deputies that she had been drinking since 1 p.m. on Tuesday, according to HCSO.Broker said she had consumed some rum and cokes and some beers, according to HCSO. Deputies say that she claimed she was only gone for "30 minutes," and that her son was asleep when she left.The child was clearly awake when deputies arrived at the home.Deputies say that Broker appeared almostBroker didn't appear to think it was an issue to leave her child home for any amount of time, according to the arrest affidavit.Broker was arrested on one count of child neglect, booked into the Hernando County Jail under a ,000 bond. SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) - The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating accusations that a Spring Valley doctor sexually assaulted his medical assistant.   Medical Assistant Sarah Shepherd tells us she’d been working with Dr. Hanid Audish at Encompass Medical Group for the past six years. Shepherd says the two were friends and their families would spend time together. She explains that she viewed him as a brother. Now she’s suing him and the medical group for sexual battery, among other complaints. “I just kept saying ‘no’ and he wasn't super forceful but he wasn't letting it go,” says Shepherd of their encounter. Her hands were shaking during our entire interview, but she believes her story of what happened inside a Spring Valley medical plaza is worth sharing. There’s a photo of Dr. Audish on the medical group’s website. Shepherd also provided us with her photos of him that she says were taken at work parties. The lawsuit describes "sexually assaultive and egregious behavior" that started after she told him she'd recently been tanning. “I went to show him my tan line because he was saying I didn't look tan and then I realized it would be inappropriate [because] it's too far down,” she explains.  The lawsuit reports that "Dr. Audish pulled the front of [her] pants down" to her underwear line and then "he pulled down her pants from behind". “Then he hit me on the bottom and bent me over the counter,” she adds.  She says she pleaded for him to stop. “I said, ‘No, no, no. You have a wife and four kids.’ He said, ‘There's no cameras.’” She also says he told her, “I’m just a guy.” The lawsuit reads that he "tried to forcibly pull [her] into the bathroom" but she escaped. After reporting it within days, Encompass Medical Group sent Shepherd a letter about reported misconduct. The letter was shared with 10News. It appears that the Executive Director wrote to Shepherd that she should never have been subject to abuse. It also appears that he wrote, in part, that “Dr. Audish admitted his guilt without excuse” and “he was and is very apologetic” and “remorseful”. The letter reports that the medical group would hold a special session to “decide formal disciplinary action”. During a recorded phone interview with an investigator for the firm that’s representing Shepherd, Dr. Audish paints a different picture of what happened. The investigator is heard asking Dr. Audish if he pulled down the back of Shepherd’s scrubs, exposing her buttocks. Dr. Audish is heard responding, “No. She did it herself with her left side. All I did was just touch the right side of her buttock where the pants were still on.” He’s also heard saying, “The touching was about, literally, five seconds.” He’s heard describing that she smirked and said, “All guys are the same.” However, he claims it stopped there. The investigator asked if at any point he tried to pull her into the bathroom. Dr. Audish is heard saying, “No. None.” A representative with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department wrote to 10News, “A report has been filed but due to the active nature of the case, we are not prepared to make a statement in order to maintain the integrity of the investigation.”  The attorney for both the doctor and the medical group says there's a more comprehensive investigation underway, but she declined to comment further on any pending litigation. She did say that Shepherd is still employed with Encompass Medical Group, although Shepherd says she has not been paid since the incident. Shepherd also says that a representative of the medical group notified her that she should turn in her keys and other work items. Shepherd concludes, “I don't think he's sorry.
