JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A boater who had been missing since Friday was rescued about 86 miles off the coast of Florida on Sunday.The U.S. Coast Guard says 62-year-old Stuart Bee was found alive on the bow of his 32-foot Sea Ray, which had capsized.Bee departed Cape Marina in Port Canaveral on Friday and didn’t return, according to the Coast Guard.Watchstanders in Jacksonville learned of the disappearance Saturday morning and were told Bee wouldn’t typically stay out on his boat overnight.An aircrew was dispatched the area and other boaters were advised to be on the lookout for Bee’s vessel.Luckily, the Coast Guard says Bee was spotted clinging to his boat at about 11 a.m. Sunday and was then transported to shore."Saving lives at sea is our highest calling. KENOSHA, Wis. — In an open letter, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers asked President Donald Trump to reconsider his planned visit to Kenosha on Tuesday."I am concerned your presence will only hinder our healing," Evers wrote in the letter on Sunday. "...an in-person visit from you will require a massive re-direction of these resources to support your visit at a time when it is critical that we continue to remain focused on keeping the people of Kenosha safe and supporting the community's response."In response, the White House said that Trump's visit would continue as scheduled."The White House has been humbled by the outreach of individuals from Kenosha who have welcomed the President's visit and are longing for leadership to support local law enforcement and businesses that have been vandalized," White House spokesperson Judd Deere wrote in a statement. "President Trump looks forward to visiting on Tuesday and helping this great city heal and rebuild."During a press conference on Monday, City of Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian was also against Trump visiting. “We want everything to calm down. We want to give people an opportunity to talk before the president comes into town.”It's been one week since Jacob Blake was shot seven times in the back by Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey. Days of protests, looting, and fires followed. Eric Greitens took a nude photo of her without her permission during an affair is telling her side of the story.The woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, spoke exclusively with KSDK-TV in St. Louis.“I’m in the middle of the most difficult, crazy fight that I didn’t ask to be a part of,” she said in the interview. “And I feel like I’m this easy punching bag, yet I haven’t thrown any punches.”This scandal became public on the night Greitens delivered the annual State of the State address in Jefferson City. That night, KMOV-TV first reported the affair and the allegations against the governor. He was accused of taking a compromising and unauthorized photo of a woman during the 2015 affair, but the felony charge stemming from the accusation has been dropped.While Greitens admitted to the affair, he denies any criminal wrongdoing.During the interview, the woman, who is referred to as K.S. in court documents, said no one had paid her and no one with any political motivations talked to her about coming forward.The story only became public when the woman’s ex-husband came forward with a secret recording as part of the KMOV-TV report.“I didn’t want this. I wasn’t out to get anyone. I really was just trying to live my life,” the woman told KSDK-TV.In February, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney charged the Governor with invasion of privacy. Once that happened, the woman said she felt she should cooperate.The charge was dismissed May 14 in preliminary stages of the trial after the court said it would allow Greitens' lawyers to question the prosecutor under oath, who said it would have been improper for her to be a witness in a trial her office was prosecuting.On Monday, a judge appointed a special prosecutor. KENOSHA, Wis. — A Wisconsin high school teacher is on paid leave after students recorded her using a racial slur on camera during class.The teacher can be heard repeatedly using the “N-word” several times while students in the class laugh. The parent of the student who took the video told WTMJ the incident started when a student at Bradford High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin used the word with another student.That’s when the parent said the teacher used the slur and said that she should be able to use it because it is used within the African-American community. At Tuesday’s Kenosha Unified School District board meeting, representatives from the community’s Coalition for Dismantling Racism spoke about the incident.“Our concern is the total lack of action from the administration. This should have been addressed immediately. Especially when several students stated how uncomfortable they were in the classroom. A teacher should not make her students uncomfortable particularly when you’re talking about something as sensitive as using a racial slur,” Darrell Greene said. The parent of the student who shot the video says he turned it over to the school’s principal immediately after it was shot on November 29, but in a statement to  the district said: 1309
