Four people were killed and several others were wounded when a gunman opened fire in a Waffle House in Antioch, Tennessee.The mass shooting happened around 3:25 a.m. Sunday at 3571 Murfreesboro Pike near Hobson Pike.Metro Nashville Police Department officials named 29-year-old Travis Reinking, from Illinois, as a person of interest in the shooting, saying the vehicle the gunman used was registered to him.He has since been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list. Reports from the TBI described him as standing around 6'4'' tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous.A ,500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest. Police said Reinking drove his pickup truck into the Waffle House parking lot around 3:18 a.m.. He sat in the truck for a few minutes before getting out and immediately shooting and killing two people outside of the restaurant with an AR-15 rifle.Officers said he then went inside and shot and killed another victim.Those three victims have been identified. Taurean C. Sanderlin, age 29 of Goodlettsville. He was an employee of the restaurant who was killed as he stood outside. Also killed outside was 20-year-old Joe R. Perez, of Nashville, who was a patron of the restaurant.The third death at the scene was 21-year-old Deebony Groves, of Gallatin. She was killed inside the restaurant.Police confirmed 23-year-old Akilah Dasilva, of Antioch, passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after being injured inside the restaurant. A friend confirmed to NewsChannel 5 that Dasilva was a local musician who went by the nickname "Natrix."Two other victims were wounded by gunfire. They have been identified as 21-year-old Shanita Waggoner, of Nashville, and 24-year-old Sharita Hnderson, of Antioch.When the gunshots rang out, a patron ran to the restrooms. He was watching the gunman and rushed at him when he saw the gunman look down and fidget with the gun.The 29-year-old male patron wrestled the AR-15 away from the gunman. The patron suffered an elbow injury and other abrasions. He was taken to TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and has since been released.Police said six of the eight people injured were shot.Witnesses said he was nude wearing only a green jacket and got away on foot after the patron took him down.  2424

"We actually recommended the contractors put up the plastic sheets sectioning off the room and then they can do zippers on those. That was [our] first request and Jamie has been wiping down the door handles before they come and when they leave," said Fillip Hord, who is also Chief Organizing Officer of MakeSpace.The couple also recommends decluttering and clearing out the space you want worked on, requesting contractors wear masks, stay six feet apart and wash their hands frequently. But also be prepared for your home project to take longer than expected."Instead of having 14 different contractors and three different trades in your house at one time, you're going to have the carpenter one day. The next day maybe one electrician. The next day maybe a plumber and then the plumber has to wait for the electrician to come back," said Fillip Hord.Still, they say getting the projects done right now has its benefits."Now is the perfect time to take time to get to those projects you’ve been wanting to get to for a while in your home. There’s really no better time," said Jamie Hord."From what we saw at the start of the pandemic is people sort of hunkered down. There was quite a drop in the number of projects coming through our platform but in more recent weeks, what we’ve seen is it actually accelerating pretty fast," said Chai.In fact, at the end of March, Thumbtack says home renovation projects were down 40 to 50%. Football coach Derrick Clark was a convicted drug dealer when he was hired two seasons ago for New Haven Endeavour Middle School in New Haven, Michigan. Now he’s in jail facing serious sex charges.  School Superintendent Todd Robinson talked with Jim Kiertzner, investigator for Scripps station WXYZ in Detroit and said he knew Clark had some criminal past, saying “Not to the extent that you’re sharing with me now.”  Robinson would not say what his understanding of it was. “I don’t want to make any more comment about it at this time.” Robinson also would not answer if he would still hire him if he knew what he knows today.State records show Clark was convicted of drug possession and running a drug house and was on probation from 2009 to 2014. FORT MYERS, Fla. - The headmaster of Evangelical Christian School sent an email saying a teacher was fired after admitting sexual misconduct with a student. The email said a female upper school teacher has had her position terminated, effective immediately. Deputies arrested 35-year-old Suzanne Owens, charging her with custodial sexual battery, the Lee County Sheriff's Office said. For the first time, the FDA has given authorization for a test that will detect for both coronavirus and influenza infections.The test by Quest Diagnostics can be performed at home under doctor’s approval. Patients can collect a sample at home and ship it to a Quest Diagnostics laboratory for analysis, the FDA says.“Today’s authorization for a COVID-19 plus flu test using samples collected at home is a significant step toward FDA’s nationwide response to COVID-19.
