A popular New Jersey restaurant is drawing criticism for a policy making underage customers pay an 18 percent tip for their order, the New York Post reported.The Wayne Hills Diner in Wayne, New Jersey is reportedly a popular spot for teenagers and children after school, but its management says that children don't always tip. A Marine Corps helicopter crashed Tuesday in California during a routine training mission and all four crew members aboard are presumed dead.The CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter crashed near the city of El Centro, which is near the Mexico border, around 2:35 p.m., according to a statement from the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.The cause of the crash is under investigation.The four crew members' identities have not been released yet pending 24 hours after notifying their families.The CH-53 helicopters are used to transport heavy equipment and supplies, and are capable of lifting 16 tons, according to the Marines website. 631

A suspect is dead and a deputy was shot and wounded on Saturday following a car chase that led through the streets of Columbus, Ohio. A Franklin County Sheriff's Office spokesperson told WCMH-TV that the pursuit started several miles away when the deputy attempted to pull over the vehicle for a traffic stop. The chase came to an end after a few minutes when the suspect crashed his pickup truck into a pole. A witness captured video of the shooting and posted it on social media. In the video, you could hear the deputy telling the suspect to get down. Seconds later, a number of gunshots could be heard.  630
