The Minnesota National Guard confirmed that three guardsmen died after a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter went down near St. Cloud, Minnesota, on Thursday. The mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, says an internal investigation is warranted after video of the arrest of a 13-year-old black girl sparked angry backlash on social media.Mayor Melvin Carter said Thursday that the video of the girl's arrest, which took place September 26 at a UPS Store, was "disturbing" and "disheartening to watch."Police have said that officers were investigating a report of juveniles trying to break into vehicles when they encountered the girl, and she resisted arrest and refused orders to put her hands behind her back.The arrest video begins with two officers trying to handcuff the teen before two other officers enter to assist in removing her from the store.The girl was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an officer, obstructing the legal process, fleeing a police officer and trespassing.
