(KGTV) — Deputies are searching for a man who attempted to lure a child into his vehicle this week.A driver pulled alongside a nine-year-old girl riding her bike in the 8000 block of Poplin Dr. in Santee at about 6 p.m. Thursday and asked her if she would like a ride to a "game," San Diego Sheriff's Department says.The girl became scared and rode her bicycle back to her house. She was not injured, according to deputies. The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, about 60- to 70-years-old, with white hair, and wearing a red hat and chrome sunglasses. His vehicle was described as a 2-door, silver convertible with a black top, possibly a Honda. And now the deadline is getting tighter.The retailer, which filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 15, has already gotten a 0 million loan to help fund its operations while it tries to reorganize. It warned the day it filed that it would need an additional 0 million loan within weeks or else its ability to stay in business would be "seriously jeopardized."But now Sears has postponed a hearing that was set for November 1 to win bankruptcy court approval of such a loan, according to a court document filed Wednesday. (KGTV) - Months after the massive Equifax data breach, a North County couple got some heart-dropping news from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).    Jennifer, who asked 10News not to identify her full name, says her accountant was just about to e-file her taxes when she got the letter from the IRS."It said we needed to verify that we filed, and if we had not filed, we had to call them immediately to tell them we hadn't filed," said Jennifer.RELATED: Equifax finds additional 2.4 million impacted by 2017 breachIn short, someone had already filed in her name, raising the suspicions of IRS employees.    "You feel violated.
