 Megyn Kelly's future at NBC News is very much in doubt.Her 9 a.m. show "Megyn Kelly Today" is ending, according to sources with knowledge of the matter.It is unclear if she will remain with the network in a lesser role.Multiple news outlets reported Thursday that she is leaving NBC altogether. However, Kelly spokesman Davidson Goldin told CNN Business that NBC has not been in touch with Kelly or her representatives.Kelly did not host her show as scheduled on Thursday morning. The network replaced her live telecast with a pre-taped episode."Given the circumstances, Megyn Kelly Today will be on tape the rest of the week," an NBC News spokeswoman said Thursday morning.Another source said that Kelly's show will be ending, but negotiations about the end date and other details are still underway.She is scheduled to participate in the network's midterm election night coverage in two weeks, but now that is up in the air.Kelly has parted ways with her talent agency, CAA, according to the sources, and she has hired attorney Bryan Freedman. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Freedman is scheduled to meet with NBC executives on Friday.The decision to retain a lawyer may signal a lengthy battle over her contract, which is reportedly valued at million a year.  SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Years of drought and a significant build-up of grass from last winter's rains has created dangerous wildfire conditions in San Diego and surrounding areas of the county, San Diego Fire-Rescue Department Chief Brian Fennessy said Monday.In a report delivered to the City Council's Public Safety and Livable Neighborhoods Committee, the chief said people think the winter rains will ease the fire threat this fall."Well, it did, in the green-up period in the spring, but all that new growth dies," Fennessy said.RELATED: It's Wildfire Season! The conditions have led to a large amount of small roadside fires this year, often caused by malfunctioning catalytic converters in vehicles, he said."On top of the five years of drought we experienced, we've got vast accumulations of dead fuel mixed in with this dried, light fuel type," Fennessy said. "I've been doing this nearly 40 years, and I don't know that I've seen the fuels as stricken and as in dire need of moisture as it is now."His report said the weather forecast calls for little to no rainfall this fall.Geologist Dr. Pat Abbott walked the trailhead at the base of Cowles Mountain with 10News.  "You see all the classic elements; the drying out of flat-top buckwheat, a lot of dried grasses. The company sent a letter to Posare salon, threatening to sue the owner if she didn't silence Toni or fire her.  As for consumers, Grabowski says, "Everyone is entitled to their opinion. By the way, there is not a constitutional right to complain about a company. A company has a right to respond any way it wants to." The Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Review Fairness Act "Protects consumers' ability to share their honest opinions about a business' products, services or conduct in any forum, including social media."  But that's not enough. This request for a restraining order against Monat was filed March 7 in South Florida, asking a court to protect consumers against Monat's "Threats, harassment and intimidation."Monat says one stylist has agreed to pay them to settle its claims against her.  Miller is still fighting.  Monat sent this statement for consumers: "If a consumer feels that he or she is having a negative reaction to MONAT products, we encourage them to speak with their Market Partner to obtain an intake form.
