A 70-year-old physician accused of cheating at this year's Los Angeles Marathon has died by suicide, officials said.Dr. Frank Meza, 70, was found dead in the Los Angeles River last Thursday. The Los Angeles County coroner's office listed his cause of death as "blunt force traumatic injuries" and said the manner of death was suicide.Last month, Meza clocked an astonishing time of 2 hours, 53 minutes and 10 seconds at the Los Angeles Marathon.
