(KGTV) — Suspected Poway Synagogue shooter John Earnest did not have a valid hunting license when he purchased his gun at a San Diego dealer, meaning he was too young to buy the firearm used in the attack, a state senator said Monday. State Sen. Anthony Portantino told 10News that the Department of Justice and Fish and Wildlife confirmed to him that Earnest did not have a valid hunting license when he bought the gun from San Diego Guns on Mission Gorge Rd.On Tuesday, Fish and Wildlife confirmed Earnest's hunting license was not going to become valid until July 1, 2019 — more than two months after the attack. A valid hunting license was one exception to a law Portantino authored that set the age limit to 21 to buy a firearm. The exceptions were for military, law enforcement, and those with a state-issued valid hunting license. The bill's proponents said people under 21 are disproportionately linked to crime. (KGTV) — A Poway High School student has been arrested for allegedly making threats to shoot classmates.Friday, the parent of a Poway High student reported several threats were made by another student, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department.The student, who was not named, was in an argument with a group of students and threatened to bring a gun to school and shoot the students, SDSO said.Deputies responded to the student's home but did not find a firearm at the home.The student was taken to Juvenile Hall and charged with making criminal threats.SDSO reminds parents and students that deputies investigate all schools threats and encourages them to report any perceived threats to authorities. 754

"If you give Remdesivir early in the course before patients are really sick, you can prevent them from progressing on to a higher level of illness.”Doctors have recently been using the anti-viral drug on COVID-19 patients, but not the antibody cocktail produced by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals the president is also taking, because it hasn’t been FDA-approved.“Basically what your body does when it sees a virus it produces an antibody, so this is taking an antibody that was produced and cloning it so that produced in higher levels and giving it directly to you,” said Dr. Narasimhan. "The anti-viral cocktail is new, started developing in June, is not FDA-approved but they got it through a compassionate use for the president.
