BORDEN, Ind. — A plane crashed Friday morning in southern Indiana, killing multiple people. According to WHAS, the ABC affiliate in Louisville, the crash happened in Borden, Indiana at about 11:30 a.m., in the 2600 block of Crone Road. The plane that crashed could hold about 10 passengers, Clark County Sheriff Jamie Noel said. No survivors have been located at this time, Noel said. The sheriff's office said there were multiple fatalities, WHAS reported.He said it was very difficult to access the scene of the crash due to it being in a wooded area.  582

Blowing dust caused by strong winds across the state made for dangerous travel in Central Nebraska on Monday. The Nebraska State Patrol closed part of Interstate 80 near Seward for several hours after dust clouds obscured visibility in the area and caused in a multi-vehicle crash that left several injured, according to an NSP release.Six semi-tractor-trailers and several passenger cars were involved in the pile-up Monday, and I-80 was closed in both directions for nearly four hours while crews worked to assist injured motorists and clear the roadway, the release states.Injured motorists were transported to Seward Memorial Hospital; two were transported via life-flight, the release states. All injured parties are believed to have non-life threatening injuries.It was the second day dust had impacted travel in Central Nebraska. BALTIMORE (AP) -- The U.S. Department of Justice won't bring federal charges against six police officers involved in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray, a young black man whose death touched off weeks of protests and unrest in Baltimore.The officers were charged by state prosecutors after Gray's neck was broken in the back of a police transport wagon in April of 2015. (KGTV) -- Raad and Nisreen Stephan have owned Giant Pizza King in Bonita for 22 years.Nisreen Stephan said their store is their livelihood and only source of income."We are here seven days a week," Nisreen Stephan said. Their kids, now grown, also used to help out in the store.They say they are being forced out because of a dispute with their landlord. A drive-thru Starbucks is planned to replace their store, according to the Stephans."It is very stressful. Imagine that you are here for 22 years... and all of a sudden, they want to kick you out of your place," Raad Stephan said.He said the owners of the Bonnie Brae Center want them out to make room for the new Starbucks. The current Starbucks location is already in the same plaza at the corner of Central and Bonita Road."It is nonsense because Starbucks now, their location is the best in the shopping center," Raad Stephan said.The dispute will now play out in court. In the unlawful detainer lawsuit filed by Alcott Estates, L.P., it states that the lease expired in June 2016. Raad Stephan said he signed a lease that gave him the option of a five-year extension and the shopping center owners are not honoring that. There is no set court date to the lawsuit, but some of the loyal customers have told the owners that when there is, they will show up to the hearing.In the meantime, the couple is doing what they can to stay positive, thankful for their customers who have supported them throughout the years."We are a part of a family, a big family in Bonita.
