Consumers will soon be able to rent tools at Lowe's.On Wednesday, the home improvement company announced that customers would be able to borrow tools at Lowe's stores nationwide, with the first rental department rolling out Thursday in Charlotte, N.C."For all of our customers, having the right tool is key to every project, but they may not always want to purchase a new tool or piece of equipment. Lowe's Tool Rental helps customers save on the cost of owning, maintaining, and storing the tools they need," said Fred Stokes, senior vice president of Pro Sales and Services for Lowe's in a news release. "As the new home for Pros, offering tool rental is just another way we are committed to keeping them working. Whether a Pro's tool fails on the job, needs a repair or they're looking to try something new, tool rental will allow them to get back to the job site faster, saving them time and money."The company said that each store's Tool Rental department will be about 4,000 square feet that would be a fully equipped mechanic shop to service tools, space for on-site cleaning and product demo areas.To rent, consumers will select the device they need, confirm the rental date, and reserve it online.The tools available for rent will be drain cleaning, restoration, sanitation, and concrete tools with brands such as Husqvarna, Bosch, and Metabo HPT.The company has 2,200 home improvement and hardware stores in the U.S. and Canada. 1446

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Angel Negron Rodriguez lights up when he’s dancing."It’s fun,” said Angel.It's his saving grace."Sometimes my eyes hurt a little bit,” said the fourth-grader.Especially now when he spends so much time remote learning."You have to memorize the steps and then when you’re done it’s like easier to concentrate."It’s a method Angel’s teacher, Sharon Lenahan, uses every single day in her class at Almira Elementary School in Cleveland."When they get fatigued you can tell because they will find a couch, they’ll find a bed, they’ll find something comfortable, you’ll see their head kind of finding a pillow,” said Lenahan.That’s when she knows it's time for a Break Dance. It’s a series of videos that allow the kids to follow along with instructors and learn dance moves."You really do see the students recharge after a little brain break, you really do,” she said. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- After Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine tested positive for COVID-19 earlier on Thursday, he announced on Twitter later on Thursday that he, his wife Fran, and his staff all tested negative. DeWine took a rapid test for COVID-19 as part of the standard protocol to greet President Donald Trump on the tarmac at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland. DeWine’s office said the governor had no symptoms at the time. On Thursday afternoon in a news conference from his house, DeWine said that other than a headache, he was feeling fine. CORONADO, Calif. (KGTV) — Thousands of sailors left Naval Air Base Coronado Friday afternoon, to embark on a seven-month deployment to the Indo-Pacific Region. Its colossal presence is intimidating. Impressive. Indisputable.“We comprise the most mobile, most capable, and most lethal fighting force on the entire planet,” Captain Brett Crozier, Commanding Officer of the USS Theodore Roosevelt, said. But the strength of the ship isn’t in the hardware. It’s in the 6,000 sailors who will call it home for the next seven months. Friday is their farewell to their families. “Already I’ve been crying like all day,” Stephanie Hastings said. The young mother of two is saying goodbye to her husband, Christopher, for the first time. This is the 26-year-old’s first deployment. Emotions overcome her, even though her toddlers do not understand. “He [three-year-old Mason] doesn’t really know what’s going on. He said he wants to go to Target today. He doesn’t want to come here,” Hastings laughed. But long-time military wife Fama Nyassi has no tears. She and her two daughters are sending off their father, Ousom, for the fifth time. “Daddy is not around, but Mommy is here. I will take care of everything!” Nyassi said. For the next seven months, the sailors will travel to the Indo-Pacific region to provide maritime security and regional safety. For EMC Nyassi, it’s comforting to know that his wife has got his back at home. “I can’t thank her enough. She’s the rock of the family. I can’t thank her enough,” EMC Nyassi said. Those left behind say their strength comes from their love for their spouse and for their country. “I tell him all the time that I am really proud,” Hastings said of her husband. “So proud of him. He’s the hero of the family,” Nyassi said of her husband. The last time the USS Roosevelt left for a seven-month deployment was to support “Operations Inherent Resolve” and “Freedom’s Sentinel” between October 2017 and May 2018.
