BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a Friday night incident that left 54-year-old Jacquelyn Smith dead.At about 12:34 a.m., patrol officers were called to a Baltimore-area hospital for a report of a walk-in stabbing victim. When they got to the hospital, they found Smith with a stab wound to her chest.Despite the doctor’s efforts, she died.Investigators tell WMAR Smith and her family were driving in the 1000 block of Valley Street when they noticed a woman that looked to be about 20 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall and wearing a brown jacket. It looked like she was carrying a baby, or had something wrapped up to look like a baby, and was holding a cardboard sign that said, "Please help me feed my baby."Smith, who was in the passenger seat, rolled down her car window so that she could give the woman some money. At that moment, a man, about 30 years old and 6 feet tall with a goatee, approached the car to thank the family for the money.The male suspect then reached in to grab Smith's wallet, which is when a struggle began. Police say the man stabbed Smith in the torso before he and the female suspect that was holding the sign ran away."I'm not going to stop my car. You know, the way times are you don't know who to stop the car for," said Odella Taylor, a Baltimore resident."Think twice, look twice. I go to work early in the morning and my guards is up," said another Baltimore resident, Ellison Taylor.Police echoed that advice, saying crimes like these can happen any time."Always be aware of your surroundings. It doesn't matter if it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night. If you're driving, if you're walking, if you see something or someone that's suspicious, call 911, our officers work 24 hours a day," Jeremy Silbert of the Baltimore Police Department told WMAR.Homicide detectives are looking for the suspects. Baton Rouge Police Officer Blane Salamoni has been fired for violating use-of-force polices in the Alton Sterling shooting, Chief Murphy Paul told reporters Friday evening while also releasing four videos, several of which graphically show Sterling as he lay dying.Paul said Howie Lake II, the other officer involved in the July 2016 incident, will be suspended for three days without pay for losing his temper during the incident.The four videos that were released include a convenience store surveillance video, two police-worn body camera videos and a video recorded by the dashboard camera in one of the police cars.Video from Lake's body camera shows the officer approaching Sterling, trying to get him to put his hands on the hood of a car, and eventually struggling with him on the ground. During the altercation, another person, presumably Officer Blane Salamoni, screams, "He's got a gun!" and soon thereafter gunshots are heard.When the officers get up, Sterling is lying on the ground outside the front door of the convenience store with a blood-soaked red shirt.The gun is not visible in the video but Lake tells another officer he put it in his car. The officers had been responding to a call about a man with a gun. The call was from a homeless man who said that after he approached Sterling for money, Sterling showed him the weapon.CNN is reviewing the other videos.The two officers had separate disciplinary hearings Thursday night. Paul said Salamoni chose not to answer any questions at his disciplinary hearing. Body camera video released Friday shows YouTube shooter Nasim Aghdam telling Mountain View Police she had no plans for violence hours before she opened fire at the company's San Bruno headquarters.The police recording shows officers identify Aghdam’s car in a Walmart parking lot in Mountain View at about 1:30 a.m. PT on April 3. Less than 12 hours later, Aghdam would open fire in a courtyard at the YouTube campus, injuring three people before turning the gun on herself. Mountain View Police said the license plate showed Aghdam's vehicle was linked to a San Diego missing persons report filed by her family. The Mountain View Police Department (MVPD) said seven record systems were checked during this time, including the Armed and Prohibited Persons System (APPS). The APPS cross-references records of persons who lawfully purchased weapons with the records of those who are prohibited from owning them. The systems checks for Aghdam came back negative, police said.Two officers knocked on the window and woke up Aghdam, who had been sleeping in the back seat. During their conversation, officers asked Aghdam if she knew her family in San Diego had reported her missing.“We didn’t get along together so I left them,” Aghdam said. She explained that she didn’t get along with her father and drove straight to Mountain View from San Diego. Aghdam also said she went to Northern California to start fresh in a place without memories.Officers asked Aghdam if she was taking medication or needed to take medication. BOSTONIA (CNS) - A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized in critical condition this morning with injuries he sustained in a shooting at a marijuana dispensary near El Cajon and the shooter was at large this morning.The gunfire in the 1600 block of North Second Street in the unincorporated Bostonia community was reported shortly after noon Friday, according to Sgt. Phillip Beaumont of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.Following the shooting, the victim was driven out of the area and dropped off at a gas station about a mile to the south, where he was found by officers from the El Cajon Police Department, Beaumont said.Paramedics took the wounded teen to a hospital in critical condition for treatment of his wounds, Beaumont said.Deputies took several people into custody at the dispensary for questioning and searched the area for the shooter by ground and aboard a patrol helicopter, Lt.
