STAMFORD, Conn. – Former professional wrestler James Harris has died at the age of 70, according to a statement from the WWE.Under the name Kamala, the company says Harris battled the greatest stars in sports-entertainment history, including Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker and Andre the Giant.At 6 feet 7 inches tall, the towering entertainer was referred to as “The Ugandan Giant,” according to the WWE.“He terrorized opponents and thrilled audiences in Mid-South, World Class Championship Wrestling, WCW and WWE until 2006,” wrote the WWE.The wrestling organization didn’t elaborate on how Harris died, but it may have been due to the coronavirus. SOLANA BEACH (KGTV) - The heat wave is creating a stomach-turning sight at some of San Diego's North County Beaches.Water temperatures near 80 degrees are keeping local beaches packed. Lili Waters spends a lot of time at Table Top Beach, just north of Fletcher Cove, in Solana Beach. Tuesday was not the perfect beach day she expected."Normally, this is a really nice beach, but it's been absolutely horrible today," said Waters.She noticed an unusual amount of kelp and flies along the shoreline."Then, I looked down and I was like, hey, kids there's maggots all over the ground and they're like what, I said look down there's maggots and then they started running," said Waters.Seagulls are feeding on the maggots which are all over the beach near the piles of kelp."It's pretty disgusting," said Waters.What's disgusting to beachgoers is actually important to the marine life."As the kelp breaks down, the flies create larvae, and then the birds eat the larvae, the larvae is washed into the ocean, the fish eat the larvae it creates nutrients and food for shore birds," said San Diego Lifeguard Captain Jason Shook.Shook said the heat is killing the kelp which is attracting flies. Beaches from Torrey Pines to Carlsbad may see large piles of kelp wash up during the summer months."Those large reefs trap the kelp and then the kelp washes a shore in that area," said Captain Shook.Some visitors complained to lifeguards, but there's little they can do."It happens generally in the warmer months and it usually coincides with the grunion season, which is March through the end of August. So, then we are restricted on our beach-raking areas. We are not allowed to rake the beach along the high tide line so the kelp will build up a little bit," said Captain Shook."There's a ton of seaweed. It's all wrapping around your feet when you're in there, like I said, it's horrible," said Waters.Although it's unpleasant for visitors, it's important to the food chain."Some people don't want to be bothered by the kelp when they go to the beach. They don't like the smell, and the stuff that it brings along like the larvae, but it is a natural occurrence," said Captain Shook. "It's a really fragile ecosystem that we need to respect." 2275

Several United States government agencies issued an alert on Friday to financial institutions about a North Korea-backed hacking group known as the BeagleBoyz.In a joint statement, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Department of the Treasury, and the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) said the hackers steal money through fraudulent bank transfers and ATM cashouts throughout several countries, including the United States."Since February 2020, North Korea has resumed targeting banks in multiple countries to initiate fraudulent international money transfers and ATM cashouts," the agencies said in the release. "The recent resurgence follows a lull in bank targeting since late 2019. This advisory provides an overview of North Korea’s extensive, global cyber-enabled bank robbery scheme, a short profile of the group responsible for this activity, in-depth technical analysis, and detection and mitigation recommendations to counter this ongoing threat to the Financial Services sector."Active since 2014, the group stole million from the Bank of Bangladesh in 2016, and were responsible for the FastCash ATM attacks in 2018, the agencies said.The group has attempted to steal nearly billion since at least 2015, the alert said."Any BeagleBoyz robbery directed at one bank implicates many other financial services firms in both the theft and the flow of illicit funds back to North Korea," the alert stated.According to the warning, the hackers have also targeted financial institutions in Argentina, Chile, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Spain. 1629

However, we have agreed that it is best to move forward on our own," said Marcelo Claure, Sprint's CEO.T-Mobile CEO John Legere also said there were benefits to consolidating, but added that, "we have been clear all along that a deal with anyone will have to result in superior long-term value for T-Mobile's shareholders."Shares of Sprint and T-Mobile tumbled Monday after rumors emerged that merger talks between the two companies were fizzling.On Monday it looked as if SoftBank, the Japanese conglomerate with a majority stake in Sprint, would end negotiations because of concerns about the ownership structure of the combined business, according to reports from Nikkei and The Wall Street Journal.
