A suspect who had barricaded himself on Tuesday in his Panama City, Florida, home after an earlier shooting was later found dead in the residence, authorities said.The Bay County Sheriff's Office identified the dead suspect as 49-year-old Kevin Robert Holroyd.One person had a minor injury and was transported to a hospital, city spokeswoman Caitlin Lawrence said earlier Tuesday.The hunt for Holroyd, who was wanted in connection with a homicide in Santa Rosa Beach in Walton County, ended with his death about 57 miles southeast in Bay County, after he opened fire on police, the Bay County Sheriff's Office said.Authorities did not say how Holroyd died.The Bay County Sheriff's Office and Panama City police began searching for Holroyd in case he returned to Bay County. Investigators started watching Holroyd's townhome apartment after his vehicle was seen there. A Philadelphia-area Dunkin' Donuts employee is accused of selling meth and heroin while in uniform, even sometimes using the store's drive-thru window for illegal activity, CBS Philadelphia reported. The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office claims 35-year-old Nathan Wade Pizzardi was seen selling illegal drugs while on duty. Investigators told CBS Philadelphia that he was spotted in August and September selling heroin and meth. Law enforcement claims that Pizzardi would sell the drugs using the store's drive through, or sometimes would make transactions in the parking lot, while in uniform. Pizzardi has been charged with a pair of felony drug offenses, and is facing an ,000 bond. 751

Mott Children’s Hospital, 34 percent of U.S. parents say their children are unlikely getting the vaccine this flu season.Dr. Judith Shlay with Denver Public Health says it can be extremely dangerous to opt out of getting the shot. "They can be hospitalized and die from it as we saw last year, and we assume this year will be just as bad as last year," Dr. Shlay says.Of the 1,977 parents polled, the report found 48 percent of the participants said they usually follow the recommendations of their child’s healthcare provider when making decisions about the flu shot. But 21 percent say they don’t remember if their doctor recommended the vaccine.Many adults The NOW spoke with say they don’t remember flu shots being recommended by doctors when they were younger.
