MOUNTAIN VIEW (CNS) - Police today are looking for answers in the case of a 49-year-old man, who was shot following an argument outside a Mountain View liquor store Saturday.The incident occurred in the 3600 block of Oceanview Boulevard at 11 p.m., according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.After exiting the store, the victim had a verbal tussle with a group of men, police said.He was shot at multiple times while driving away and was hit in the right shoulder by a bullet.The victim made it to National City and the police were called. MORGAN HILL, Calif. -- Authorities are investigating what exactly caused a plane to land on the freeway in the Bay Area Sunday morning, according to The Mercury News. The plane landed on Highway 101 near Morgan Hill around 11 a.m. The plane blocked one lane of the highway before authorities were able to tow it away.The Federal Aviation Administration said engine failure caused the emergency landing.Only the pilot was onboard and was uninjured, authorities confirmed. Multiple media outlets are reporting that an alleged carjacking suspect opened fire before exiting a police wagon in Chicago, injuring three police officers.
