An elephant seal was safely returned to the waters with help from residents in Puerto Cisnes, Chile, and the Chilean Navy on Monday.According to Manuel Novoa, a presenter at Radio Autentica FM, residents of Puerto Cisnes, Chile, were surprised when they spotted an elephant seal roaming their town's streets.In a press release, Puerto Cisnes Police Captain Christian Reyes Jofré said that it's "completely normal" to see the seals outside their natural habitat in that area this time of year."Thanks to the citizens who participated and helped in the safeguarding of the return journey to the sea of the sea elephant that entered the streets of the town," Cpt. (AP) — Fed up with dog poop being left around, board members at a Maryland condominium complex are now relying on DNA samples to police unscooped feces.Jeanne Fisher, the general manager for The Residence at Park Place Condominium, tells The Capital newspaper that she came across "doggie DNA" as an option when residents began complaining about unscooped poop.The Annapolis complex had tried emails, dog meetings, fines and a security camera in the dog park.The condo association spent about ,500 on pet DNA kits and about 20 owners began providing samples. (KGTV) -- Disney officially announced Tuesday that the park's latest venture, 'Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge,' will open in the summer of 2019.Disney previously announced that the land would open in 2019, but it was unclear exactly when guests would be able to explore the new area. Disneyland guests will be the first to enjoy the land.
