A leadership and facilitation company, literally named "momentum," was training corporations around the world when the pandemic hit. We wanted that warmth like someone had their arms around you," Jason Maloney said. It even comes with a personalized note, and a pocket to keep it in. The pocket also makes a cell phone easy to walk around with. But before MagicWrap and product manufacturing, the Maloney's were a success in the field of corporate training and facilitation. Their company, Momentum, was booked solid into the fall.“For a company that goes around talking to businesses and they no longer exist. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The government is sweetening the deal for investors who put their money into San Diego's most under-served neighborhoods, but the offer could be having a negative effect on the people who live in them.A new study from Zillow says prices in so-called opportunity zones grew 20 percent in a year after they received the government designation. That designation, part of 2017 tax reform, offered investors capital gains tax breaks for investing in the areas, which the IRS deems "economically distressed."San Diego County has about 30 of these zones, most of them concentrated in the city of San Diego's inner core. Zillow says the Colina del Sol neighborhood near City Heights, parts of Golden Hill and University Heights are the areas that could see the most investment. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The man accused of driving into a bicyclist and taking off will have to face a jury. The Oct. 2 crash on State route 67 in Ramona left the victim, Michelle Scott, on life support. Police say the man behind the wheel was Chase Richards, who allegedly kept driving for two miles with the bike lodged in his car. Prosecutors say he dismantled and disguised parts of his car to conceal the evidence. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The Coronado Police Department released an image Monday of a vehicle that may be related to BB gun incidents in Coronado Sunday. 10news has learned five people were struck in the downtown area. Police spent the morning scouring the ground near State Street and West Broadway. An officer told 10news four people were crossing State Street late Saturday night or early Sunday evening when three of them were hit. The extent of their injuries are unknown. At the corner of L Street and Sixth Avenue in the East Village, a woman was shot in the arm early Sunday morning, according to San Diego Police. She was walking in a small group and one of the men was an exhibitor at Comic Con, staying at the Omni Hotel, where they were headed before the shooting. The early morning shooting was not the only one that occurred overnight. In National City and Paradise Hills, at least a dozen cars were hit, and in Coronado, police said at least 23 businesses, homes an cars were struck by BBs.10news brought the image of a white sedan released by Coronado Police to Roman Beck, who has worked as an accident reconstruction expert for two decades."I believe it's a 2005 to 2010 Chrysler 300 sedan.
