Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, said Thursday that he hasn't visited the White House in more than two months and noted that he's avoided visiting President Donald Trump in-person due to the White House's lax COVID-19 protocols."I actually haven't been to the White House since August the 6th because my impression was their approach to how to handle this is different from mine and what I insisted that we do in the Senate, which is to wear a mask and practice social distancing," McConnell said at an event in Kentucky on Thursday.McConnell added that he and the Trump speak "frequently" on the phone.Given McConnell's status as the most powerful lawmaker in the President's party, Thursday's revelation was surprising. In the past two months, the Senate has been negotiating more COVID-19 stimulus and begun the process of filling a Supreme Court vacancy, all while both McConnell and Trump embark on re-election campaigns that are intrinsically linked.Several White House officials have tested positive for COVID-19 in recent days, including Trump. While Trump has said that he supports masks, he himself rarely wears them, and White House officials are often spotted without them. Starbucks bathrooms will be open to anyone who wants to use them, whether they're a paying customer or not, Chairman Howard Schultz said Thursday.Schultz made the announcement following the uproar over the way two black men were treated at a Starbucks in Philadelphia last month.The men asked to use the bathroom, but an employee told them it was only for paying customers. When they then sat in the store without ordering anything, the manager called police, and the men were arrested for trespassing. No charges were filed.Starbucks has since apologized to the men and announced plans for extra racial bias training for its employees."We don't want to become a public bathroom, but we're going to make the right decision 100% of the time and give people the key, because we don't want anyone at Starbucks to feel as if we are not giving access to you to the bathroom because you are less than. A Masters super fan has decorated his bathroom into a golfer's dream.Gregg Thompson of Somers, Wisconsin has transformed his bathroom into an homage to all things golf and especially the Masters. After his kids moved out he and his wife decided to remodel the bathroom. Gregg suggested the idea and his wife was all for it."Convinced my wife that that was a good idea and fortunately she agreed with me," Thompson said.Inside he has two Masters flags. One was signed by Bubba Watson, the 2012 winner, and the other was signed by Ben Crenshaw who won the 1984 and 1995 Masters tournament. He has old school clubs, a Masters hat, a Masters shower curtain, multiple Masters books, a Masters 'Quiet Please' sign, and of course he has a mini putting green inside there.
