NEW DELHI, March 27 (Xinhua) -- Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and visiting Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu Saturday agreed that India and China should further their cooperation in all fields.During his meeting with Singh, Hui conveyed cordial greetings from Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to Singh.
