Like the Apple Watch, it appears aimed at a more upscale audience.Each works with its own set of apps and devices, though in the end they are pretty much the same, according to Best Buy's Brian Gibson.Which is better? ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Governor Ron DeSantis announced Florida will enter Phase 3 of reopening the state's economy.Effective immediately, Gov. DeSantis announced Friday in his press conference in St. Petersburg that restaurants and select businesses can operate at full capacity.Phase 3 of Gov. DeSantis' "SAFE. SMART. STEP-BY-STEP PLAN" ensures Floridians that restaurants can reopen at a minimum 50% capacity if the local government prohibits them from reopening at full capacity.“Everybody has an opportunity and the right to work. Every business has the right to operate,” said Gov. DeSantis said.With Phase 3, Gov. DeSantis said he will no longer place limitations on businesses due to coronavirus concerns."There will not be limitations from the state of Florida," Gov. DeSantis said.The Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) President and CEO Carol Dover said the pandemic has caused 336,000 people in the industry to lose their jobs.“The effects on the local and state economy have been significant. I want to thank Governor DeSantis and DBPR Secretary Halsey Beshears for their support as we have navigated this unprecedented time and for allowing us the opportunity to get back to work,” Dover said in a press release.The announcement comes just days after bars and breweries were allowed to reopen in Florida.Florida's top business regulator Halsey Beshears announced just 15 days ago that the state is rescinding Executive Order 20-09. SOLANA BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) — Video captured Friday showed another bluff failure in the Solana Beach area, weeks after a series of small bluff collapses.Kelly Nelle captured a small bluff failure at a site that appeared taped off due to a previous bluff collapse. No one was injured.Several parts of Fletcher Cove were taped off in August as sandstone tumbled about 75 feet down to the beach. It isn't clear if Friday's collapse was at the same site, but the area was already taped off and appeared to have a pile of sediment at the base of the cliff side.In late August, Torrey Pines beach goers were warned of bluff collapses after a section fell to the ground. In early August, a massive section of rock fell in Encinitas, killing three people.As temperatures rise and bring more locals out to the coast, officials cautioned visitors to walk 25 - 40 feet away from all bluffs and not to walk around barricades because large rocks could still fall.Video from Friday showed some smaller rocks falling before the larger section fell onto the Solana Beach spot. 1068

PETERSBURG, Fla. — Two assisted living facilities in St. Petersburg have been shut down after deplorable conditions were discovered.The St. Petersburg Police Department said they shut down two assisted living facilities after they discovered they had no running water, no power and broken windows. Officers said they also found drug paraphernalia.The two facilities are both run by Tampa Bay Behavioral Health.Officers said nine disabled adults have been displaced. Special counsel Robert Mueller's investigators met with members of President Donald Trump's legal team on the same day that the FBI was launching a raid targeting the President's personal attorney, according to sources familiar with the matter.The timing of the Monday raid made for an awkward meeting, which had been previously scheduled as part of preparations for a possible interview between the President and Mueller's team.Jay Sekulow, who leads the President's legal team, did not comment on the timing of the meeting."We do not discuss conversations we have had or have not had with the special counsel," he said.The raid on Cohen's home, hotel room and office brings the Mueller investigation deep inside the President's inner circle -- Cohen has worked with Trump for years and is treated as a confidant and a member of his family.A source close to the President said there have been ongoing negotiations between Mueller's team and the President's legal team for a potential interview, but the raid on the President's personal attorney has upended those discussions.
