And he maintained that persona of just sort of talking about his assets without any sense of debt and lying about it," Jonathan Greenberg said in an interview Friday on CNN's "New Day."Greenberg broke the news in a Washington Post story. A man in Gloucester Township, New Jersey who was being booked for an outstanding warrant found himself in even more trouble after deputies said he vomited 32 small bags of heroin last week, the Courier-Post reported. Michael Rosario, 24, was arrested last Thursday after he was pulled over for speeding, and then was charged with giving police a phony name. Rosario allegedly sped past police, and switched seats with his passenger after he was pulled over. Police said they found six bags of heroin and 13 empty bags with heroin residue, the Courier-Post reported. Once at the county jail, police claim that Rosario vomited one large bag filled with 32 smaller bags full of heroin, prompting additional drug-related charges. Rosario was then taken to an area hospital, but has since been returned to the jail.  859

A Howard Johnson motel room was covered with so much dog feces and urine, a special crew wearing protective clothing had to be called in to clean and sanitize the room.It was those conditions Perkins Township, Ohio police say a mother and her 3-year-old year son were living in for a month."There was liquid urine and feces seeping from underneath the door," said Perkins Township Assistant Chief Vince Donald.Someone called the Erie County dog warden to check on the condition of dogs in the room.When the warden and police entered the room, they said the walls, floors and bedding were covered in dog feces.The bathroom had three inches of dog urine and feces on the floor. The boy was also covered in dog feces.Police contacted Erie County Children Services who had the child checked out at the hospital, then placed with a family member,The boy's mother, Dezeray Powell, 21, was arrested for animal cruelty and child endangering."The child had feces on his feet and clothes,” Donald said.Powell had been keeping three Great Danes inside the motel rooms small bathroom. The dogs were so malnourished their ribs were showing, authorities said.Erie County Dog Warden Barb Knapp said the dogs are getting fresh food and water and will be nursed back to health.The owner of the hotel said Powell would never let him in the room."We didn't know what was going on in the room, because she never let me in the room," Raghbir Virk said."It was pretty heartbreaking because the child, they don't have a choice. You as an adult make that choice, so that child doesn't have a choice to live in that environment," Donald said.Powell is scheduled to be arraigned in court April 10. The Great Danes will eventually be put up for adoption, but that’s months down the road because they have to rehabilitated. 1888

A House committee issued a scathing report Wednesday questioning whether Boeing and government regulators have recognized problems that caused two deadly 737 Max jet crashes and whether either will be willing to make significant changes to fix them.Staff members from the Transportation Committee blamed the crashes that killed 346 people on the "horrific culmination" of failed government oversight, design flaws and a lack of action at Boeing despite knowing about problems. The committee said the Max complied with FAA safety regulations even though the planes crashed in Indonesia and Ethiopia. Members say this shows a need for reforms. Boeing says it's made changes and it cooperated with House investigators. A message was left seeking comment from the FAA. 772

A federal judge approved the public release of documents that had been under seal in a case involving Ghislaine Maxwell.She is the former girlfriend and confidant of the late, disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.She's also an alleged accomplice in his sex-trafficking ring.The judge ordered the court to have the documents ready within a week.They're from a 2015 defamation case brought by Virginia Roberts Giuffre.She says Epstein sexually abused her while she was a minor -- and Maxwell was involved.Guiffre also says Epstein forced her to have sex with Britain's Prince Andrew.He denies that and the lawsuit was settled in 2017.Included in the documents are Maxwell's 2016 deposition, in which she denies knowing Epstein had a scheme to recruit underage girls for sex.Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to federal charges in the Epstein case and is in jail, pending trial.Epstein died in a jail cell last August while awaiting trial. 940
