An aspiring dancer from Alabama thought she would be ticketed — or worse — by a Birmingham police officer after he approached her about dancing in the middle of a street.Lala Diore, who has been dancing since she was 3, according to WBRC-TV in Birmingham, was filming an audition video to send to singer Janet Jackson while Officer Philip Jones was driving by.According to Diore's Facebook post, Jones told Diore that she shouldn't be in the middle of the street, but quickly changed his tune."So you are risking getting hurt for this," Jones asked, according to Diore's Facebook post. "...okay I’ll stop traffic for you and cut my lights on, show me what you got."Jones then blocked traffic with his cruiser, and turned up his headlights to help Diore get the shot. "This has actually showed the world and the community that police officers are not just out here to harass people or that we’re being mean and uptight," Jones told WBRC. As fears are growing over a new strain of the coronavirus spreading through the United Kingdom, New York Gov. Apple announced on Friday that it is planning to temporarily close several of its locations in four states as the number of coronavirus cases in some US states are surging.Apple said that two stores in Florida, two in North Carolina, one in South Carolina and six in Arizona will be closed until further notice. An Alabama woman says the temporary teeth that she wore with her zombie Halloween costume almost turned into permanent teeth.Anna Tew of Mobile County, Alabama told WKRG-TV she was forced to schedule an emergency dentist appointment after the "Devil Teeth" she wore with her costume wouldn't come out after nearly a day.Tew said she bought the fake teeth at Walmart to wear with a zombie costume as part of a haunted house at a local school. The teeth came with an adhesive that she applied before putting them in her mouth.But soon after leaving the haunted house, Tew realized the teeth wouldn't budge. On top of that, the teeth were extremely painful, meaning she couldn't eat or drink.At one point, Tew thought that drinking hot coffee would loosen the adhesive, but she told the Ledger-Enquirer that she ended up "drooling" the drink. 850
