UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in New York Tuesday afternoon to attend a series of meetings of the United Nations.It is Wen's second participation in UN meetings at the UN headquarters since 2008.
