They claim that such a meeting would be a conflict of interest, given Joe Biden's political influence and Hunter Biden's position on Burisma's board.However, the Post's story left several questions about the authenticity of the emails unanswered. The owner of the repair shop, where the laptop was recovered, was unable to identify the computer's owner. The shop owner did say a Beau Biden Foundation sticker was attached to the computer. There's also no evidence that Hunter Biden responded to the email from the Ukranian energy advisor. The Biden campaign says the former Vice President's schedule shows no meetings with that advisor. Finally, the Post said it obtained materials and information for the story from Rudy Giuliani, one of Trump's personal lawyers.Citing sources, The New York Times reported Monday that one of the Post journalists who wrote the story asked that his name not be attached to the article "because he had concerns over the article's credibility."Despite Trump's claim that the emails show Joe Biden has an inclination to use his political office for personal enrichment, Trump and his family have an extensive history of dubious business practices. The New York Times reports that Trump has leveraged the office of the presidency to drive business to his resorts and hotels.Trump's call to action to Barr is just his latest call for the neutral agency to delve into cases that would be politically advantageous to the president. Don’t expect BLM and social justice messages on basketball courts or jerseys in the NBA next season, according to league Commissioner Adam Silver.The 2020 NBA season has gotten a lot of attention for both the league’s response to the coronavirus pandemic with a “bubble” and their public embrace of social justice issues and the Black Lives Matter movement this summer.During a NBA Countdown interview on ESPN ahead of a playoff game earlier this week, Silver was asked about the league championing social justice and civil rights, but as Silver noted in a press conference recently, that has not been universally popular.“How committed are you to being that going forward?” host Rachel Nichols asked.Silver quickly responded, “We’re completely committed to standing for social justice and racial equality. It’s part of the DNA of this league.”He then said changes could come in how that commitment is manifested. EL CAJON, Calif. (KGTV) -- The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man who attempted to rob a Burger King, threatening employees with a gun, in El Cajon off of Old Highway 80. Deputies say the man ordered food and when the cashier told him the amount owed, he pulled out the gun and demanded money. The employees ran to the back and the suspect shot his gun at least once before running off, according to deputies.There were no customers inside the restaurant at the time of the shooting and none of the employees were hurt. The suspect was seen taking off westbound on Old Hwy 80 in a dark-colored pick-up truck. He's described as white or Hispanic, 5'8", and about 200 pounds. EL CAJON (KGTV) -- A group firefighters battling a house fire in El Cajon rescued two of their own from under burning debris Tuesday morning.Heartland Fire & Rescue crews were called to a two-story structure fire in the 1300 block of Helix View Drive around 3 a.m. and discovered a home fully engulfed with flames reaching as high as 50-feet.As firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze, a burning section of the home collapsed trapping two of them. Both were quickly pulled out from under the rubble.One of the firefighters was treated and transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries. The condition of the second firefighter is unknown at this time.The homeowner told 10News that all family members were able to evacuate the burning home safely. The fire has since been extinguished but crews remain on scene. 837
