SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police have confirmed that the 19-year-old woman shot near Sunset Cliffs Thursday morning was targeted. Police told 10News they received a call at about 7:10 a.m. from a person who spotted a bleeding woman lying on a staircase next to the beach off Ladera Street, near Sunset Cliffs Boulevard.Responding officers arrived and found the woman with multiple gunshot wounds.The 19-year-old was taken to UC San Diego Medical Center. Police said Thursday afternoon that the woman is in stable condition and was able to tell police she had no idea what happened.Police said they do not have any information on a suspected shooter at this time.Police told 10News they have not been able to find anyone who heard gunshots or saw what might have happened. 792

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - On Normal Street in Hillcrest Friday, things were anything but normal.   Tim Henderson and his colleagues were checking email in the street."Just a minute ago, we had a meeting out here," he says while pointing to an assortment of chairs.    He and his co-workers at KTUA, a landscape architecture and planning firm, set up a little home office in a spot usually occupied by 3 to 4 parked cars.   The space was decorated with plants and patio furniture.Welcome to ¡°Park(ing) Day 2017,¡± billed as a worldwide event where artists and designers transform metered parking spots into temporary public parks.    The event ran Friday from 9AM ¨C 3PM, with several downtown businesses also taking park."We're in a ¡®car-centric¡¯ world, we always have to supply places for cars,¡± Tim explained.  ¡°We're making a statement: during some part of the year, you can come out into a space not  being used for cars -- and have a park!"Henderson and his work buddies barbecued in the parking spots and even roasted s¡¯mores.Parking is at a premium in Hillcrest, but Henderson said nobody seemed to mind them taking up the spots.    In fact, he said drivers had been slowing down to catch a glimpse at the ¡°front yard¡± they created on the street.¡°They love it,¡± he said. 1351

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are asking for the public¡¯s help searching for a missing 13-year-old girl who disappeared from San Diego in late November. According to police, Kymilah Wolford went missing from her home in the Emerald Hills area of Southeastern San Diego on November 30 around 10 a.m. Wolford was last seen wearing black leggings and a gray hoodie. She is described as five feet, four inches tall, weighs approximately 170 pounds and has short, black hair and brown eyes. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) ¡ª Music lovers can enjoy a summer filled with shows in Chula Vista for one flat rate next year.Live Nation's season lawn pass grants fans access to lawn seating during a participating venue's 2020 concert season, "even sold out shows." The pass is 9 per person (plus service fees) and available for 29 different locations, including Chula Vista's North Island Credit Union Amphitheater.Last season, local pass holders were granted access to more than 20 shows. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) ¨C Police arrested a man suspected of assaulting multiple people as he tried to steal their vehicles in the Bay Terraces area.Police reported at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at a red light on Woodman Street and Paradise Hills Road.Police said the unidentified man tried to carjack five people at the red light before being arrested.One of the victims suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to police. Police did not release any further details on the incident. 491
