(KGTV) -- Disney officially announced Tuesday that the park's latest venture, 'Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge,' will open in the summer of 2019.Disney previously announced that the land would open in 2019, but it was unclear exactly when guests would be able to explore the new area. Disneyland guests will be the first to enjoy the land. An 11-year-old boy in Colorado is being called a hero after performing the Heimlich maneuver and possibly saving his younger brother from choking on his dinner.“So I got behind him went like this, pushed and pulled up about four times so the chicken could pop out and it did,” Elias Yatrakis told Denver7.Elias and his younger brother, Alex, were eating dinner on Monday night in their Greenwood Village home after a baseball game when the incident happened. The older boy says he knew what to do and jumped into action.“I was relieved. I was glad he was OK,” he said.“From my perspective, he saved his life,” mom Danielle Yatrakis said. “I’m just really glad he had the confidence and the knowledge to know what to do.”The 11-year-old had that knowledge because he had just recently learned what to do in a situation like this.“I am a Cub Scout so we had to take this CPR class in our basement and it taught CPR, the Heimlich,” he said. “I wasn’t really thinking. I knew what to do since I did that class.”Elias had earned his first aid badge as a part of the Cub Scouts just a few months earlier.“When he got the badge I’m like, 'that’s great to know,' but I mean I learned CPR before and I never used it. And so you’re kind of like they’re nice things to know and I now feel differently. An autopsy to determine when and how 20-year-old Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts died is planned for today.Tibbetts vanished while on an evening jog on July 18. Nearly a month later, a man who confessed to pursuing her as she ran on a country road led authorities to the field where a body believed to be hers was buried under corn stalks, officials said Tuesday.While authorities have yet to confirm the body is hers, they arrested Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, on first-degree murder charges.Rivera, who's an undocumented immigrant, told investigators he saw her and got out of his car. Some departments were not affected at all by the cyberattack, while employees in others are still not able to turn on their computers.The fire and police departments were not affected at all by the ransomware attack. The same goes for the public works department, housing authority and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, although the airport has suspended its Wi-fi services, just in case.But other departments have been forced to conduct businesses the old-fashioned way, by using pen and paper.For example, if you have an issue with trash pickup, traffic signals and potholes, you'll have to resolve it over the phone. Also, the city jail is having to process inmates manually.Business owner Marcus Woodard was among the people turned away Monday at Atlanta City Hall. He was looking to renew his business license but the computers are still down."I commuted all this way to get it, and now I've got to come back tomorrow or the day after," said Woodard.On the other hand, Doug Lueder walked out a happy man after his application to have a commercial property subdivided was handled."I had to turn in an application last week just before the cyberattack happened, so I got in and got out," said Lueder.
