(KGTV) -- A San Diego woman’s mother is missing following a solo trip to Zion National Park in Utah, according to CNN.Holly Courtier hasn’t been seen or heard from since October 6 when she embarked on the trip.Courtier was dropped off at the park by a private shuttle bus and scheduled to be picked up the same day, but never returned, KABC reports.Courtier’s daughter Kailey Chambers told the station her mother is an experienced hiker. (KGTV) — Firefighters in Riverside County are battling yet another fire as Santa Ana conditions sweep through Southern California.The Hill Fire ignited in the Jurupa Valley community just before 10 a.m., quickly growing from 15 acres to hundreds acres within hours, according to CAL Fire. (KGTV) — A magnitude 4.2 earthquake struck the Mojave Desert area Wednesday.The quake was recorded at 1:40 p.m. in Trona, Calif., according to the US Geological Survey, and could be felt as far east as Las Vegas and as far west as Los Angeles. The earthquake had a depth of less than half a mile just north of Barstow.A 3.7-magnitude aftershock was recorded in the same area within the next hour.Sal Romo at Esparza family restaurant in Trona told 10News they definitely felt shaking but there wasn't any damage. Flames destroyed the business and 12,700-square-foot building at 7915 Balboa Ave. on March 28. San Diego Fire-Rescue investigators requested help from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to determine the origin of the fire.
