LOS ANGELES (KGTV) - Surveillance video released by the Los Angeles Police Department shows a violent taco truck robbery that left a worker with injuries.Three men entered the truck as it was parked on West Manchester Ave. in South Los Angeles around 3 a.m. on July 14.Police said the men forced the workers to the ground and demanded cash.One worker was pistol-whipped during the hold-up. There is no word on his condition.The suspects were not able to gain access to the safe in the taco truck. They took the workers’ cell phones and cash before leaving, investigators said.Los Angeles Police said the men were last seen running from the location with the victims’ property. LOS ANGELES — Prosecutors say two men and two teens have been charged in the death of rising rapper Pop Smoke, who was killed during a Los Angeles home-invasion robbery in February. Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey said in a statement Monday that Corey Walker and Keandre Rodgers were charged with murder that occurred during the commission of a robbery and burglary. The two male teens were also charged with murder and robbery in juvenile court. LOS ANGELES (CNS and KGTV) - Amid whipping winds and dangerously low humidity, fire crews continued efforts to snuff to the Getty Fire in the Sepulveda Pass Wednesday, fearful that the extreme weather conditions ignite new flames. At 5 p.m., mandatory evacuation orders and warnings were lifted in all areas with the exception of an area bordered by Kenter Ave., Sunset Blvd., Mountain Gate Ave., and a section near Sepulveda Blvd. and the 405 freeway. As of Wednesday evening, the fire was listed at 745 acres, with 27% containment. But forecasters said the area could be blasted with winds ranging from 30 to 50 mph, along with occasional gusts of up to 70 mph. RELATED: MAP: SoCal Fires burn in Santa Ana conditions``Adverse weather conditions will be the biggest challenge for firefighters,'' according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. ``In anticipation of the extreme Santa Ana wind event, the LAFD has recalled and staffed additional resources for any emergency that may arise over the next 24 hours. These resources will be strategically placed in key locations that have a history of being prone to wildfire.''
