ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. — A Pasco County, Florida woman was arrested on Wednesday after deputies say she attacked her husband because he forgot their wedding anniversary.Pasco County deputies say that the fight between 35-year-old Carol Stone and her husband began as a verbal argument because he forgot the anniversary date. According to the victim, the argument turned physical when Stone allegedly smacked him multiple times on the head and face, leaving red marks and scratches, according to an arrest report.Stone's husband recorded the incident on his cell phone. Deputies say the video showed Stone striking her husband multiple times. Stone later admitted that she had a fight with her husband because he forgot their wedding anniversary, deputies say.Stone was arrested and charged with domestic battery.  841

Hobbs said the town added the decals in 2016 during the height of the Black Lives Matter movement. "As I educated myself on the Black Lives Matter movement more and kind of spoke with other people about it, I kind of realized that that's not OK and it needs to come off," Hobbs said. "I think it's a controversial issue and I don't think it's one the police should've taken a stand on. I created the petition to kind of show people that it's not just me. That it is a problem."But not everyone in the community feels as strongly."Do you think people are offended by that here? I don't think so. I really don't," Angel Large said.Tyjuan Garrett, a local NAACP board member, says the phrase is all about the intention. Black Lives Matter's mission is to bring light to racial injustices that stem from systematic problems they feel are not being addressed. Garrett says implicit bias or sensitivity training for officers would be a more useful step than car decals."I mean I would love to sit down with the Frankton Police Department and have a conversation with them and say exactly what are your motives?" Garrett said. "Tell me how you are adding to the conversation of All Lives Matter. How are you expanding out to reflect all lives matter?"Frankton Town Marshal Dave Huffman did not agree to an on-camera interview. Just nine months ago, Taulbee was teaching industrial maintenance to Powell County High School students, until the principal said he resigned. A grand jury recently returned an indictment that reads in that same month, March 2019, Taulbee subjected a child to sexual contact and intentionally abused the child.He pleaded not guilty to both felony charges.In connection to this case, the grand jury also charged Tina Bryant with failure to report child abuse, wanton endangerment and abandoning a child. Both Taulbee and Bryant have the same attorney, which the judge questions, citing a potential conflict of interest.The judge ordered Taulbee to not contact Bryant. Shortly after, he ordered Taulbee to be transferred to the Montgomery County Detention Center.Since the indictment was filed, Taublee was charged with tampering with a witness.The arrest warrant reads that after Taulbee learned he was indicted, he sent a threatening message to a Stanton Police officer who is listed as a witness in his case.Taulbee is due in court for the tampering charge on Friday.Next Wednesday, he returns to Circuit Court for a pre-trial conference concerning the sexual abuse and criminal abuse felony charges.Both Taulbee and Bryant turned down our request for an interview. 1523
