Wife, husband charged with felonious assault after pulling gun on a woman with her children Felonious assault is a four-year felony. The video shows a white woman pulling a gun on a Black mother and her daughter outside of a Chipotle in Orion Township on Thursday. During the press conference, Bouchard played four 911 calls from the incident, with some calls coming from bystanders. The video, posted by Takelia Shanee, has thousands of shares.Eric Wuestenberg, who worked for Oakland University in Veterans Support Services, was fired following the confrontation."We have seen the video and we deem his behavior unacceptable," a statement from the university read. "The employee has been notified that his employment has been terminated by the university."Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter released a statement on the incident.“I am deeply disturbed by an incident last night where a woman pointed a cocked gun at another woman during an argument," Coulter said. "This behavior is unacceptable. I wholly expect the prosecutor to bring charges that reflect the severity of the incident.”State Sen. Rosemary Bayer, a Democrat from Beverly Hills, also released a statement:“There is nothing acceptable about what happened in Orion Township last night at the Chipotle. It is abhorrent to think that some in this country have such a sense of self-righteousness and entitlement that the idea of pulling a gun out on an unarmed child and her mother is okay. It is not, and I condemn anyone who thinks otherwise. My heart goes out to Ms. Hill and her daughters, who may now forever be traumatized by this experience."The Rochester District Court will determine an arraignment date. NEW YORK, N.Y. – In a skyscraper, nearly 50 floors above a New York City, a group of women are gathering to ask for more. “We’ve barely budged in two decades,” said Kim Churches, CEO of the American Association of University Women. What’s barely budged are women’s salaries, still lagging far behind what men make in America. That’s where the “Ask For More” workshop campaign is stepping in. The American Association of University Women, along with numerous other groups, are holding free workshops across the country to teach women how to successfully negotiate a higher salary. The goal: to train 10 million women in the next three years. “Women make up half the labor force, yet it is still is a man’s world in how workplace hiring and promotions take place,” Churches said. “And it’s on us to really change them.” The numbers are sobering. For every dollar a man makes, women make an average of 79 cents on the dollar. It’s even worse for minority women: African-American women make 62 cents on the dollar; Hispanic women make 54 cents. “I found myself needing to ask for more money than I think I was getting,” said Samantha Hamidan, who is an immigration lawyer. Hamidan came to one of the workshops in New York City, after recently trying to ask for a raise. “I’m hoping to really be able to parlay these skills into asking for more money at the next position,” she said. Over the past several years, major retailers have expanded their Black Friday shopping hours and some are even open on Thanksgiving Day. However, some don’t think stores should be open on the national holiday, so workers can spend time with their families. In fact, a survey conducted by 301

A new ad out Friday for the popular blood thinner Xarelto is different from prescription drug commercials we've seen in the past.At the end of the ad, it shows Xarelto has a list price of 8 a month. However, most patients pay between Kyle Rittenhouse, accused of shooting and killing two people during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been released from jail on bond Friday.A spokesperson with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department announced that Rittenhouse's attorney paid the million cash bond that was set by a judge earlier this month.Rittenhouse thus is no longer in custody at the Kenosha County Jail, according to the spokesperson. On Oct. 30, an Illinois judge OK'ed the extradition of Rittenhouse back to Wisconsin to face homicide charges.Rittenhouse is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the death of 26-year-old Silver Lake resident Anthony Huber, attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the shooting of Gauge Grosskreutz, 26, of West Allis, and first-degree reckless homicide for the death of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, of Kenosha, according to a criminal complaint.Rittenhouse is also charged with two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety for shooting his AR-15-style rifle toward other people in a crowd, and with possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.The shooting happened on Aug. 25, after a white police officer shot Jacob Blake seven times in the back, paralyzing him from the waist down. The police shooting sparked massive protests in Kenosha and across the country. They also led to unrest in Kenosha, which brought Rittenhouse to Kenosha in the first place. He says he went with a friend to protect local businesses on the night he allegedly shot two people. The case has become a rallying point for some, who see Rittenhouse as a patriot who was exercising his right to bear arms. Others accuse him of being a domestic terrorist who provoked violence by bringing a rifle to downtown Kenosha. This article was written by Jackson Danbeck for WTMJ. 1812 to for the drug. Last year, the Trump Administration proposed a rule to require drug makers to add prices to their ads. But company Johnson & Johnson is doing it voluntarily. Some believe by knowing the cost, consumers can look for lower cost alternatives that could be just as effective. However, Kevin Flynn with Health Care Advocates says seeing the list price could also confuse patients. They might not take into account insurance and copays, think they have to pay the list price, and potentially avoid getting the drug at all, he says. “What you need to do as a patient is call your insurance company, say this is the name of the drug. What are my benefits? What am I going to be paying?” Flynn says. Johnson & Johnson plans to begin including pricing information for other drugs that it advertises on TV later this year. 1094
