PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A nursing assistant in Pasco County, Florida was arrested after allegedly molesting a disabled female who she was tasked with caring for.Christina Nappo is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly person.She was caring for an elderly and disabled woman described as having serious brain trauma and the mentality of a 10-year-old.She is accused of committing inappropriate acts with a shower head. Deputies say that being a CNA, Nappo reasonably knew the victim either lacked the ability to give consent or failed to give consent.She is also accused of teaching another CNA how to do the same thing.Nappo was arrested without incident and taken to Land O' Lakes detention facility. 742

Philadelphia Police have released 911 audio from an arrest at a local Starbucks that has prompted national outrage.The audio was uploaded to the Philadelphia Police's YouTube page on Tuesday. "Hi, I have two gentlemen in my cafe that are refusing to make a purchase or leave. I'm at the Starbucks at 18th and Spruce," a female caller tells at dispatch officer.The officer told the caller that police would be out "as soon as possible."The recording also included dispatches between officers. At one point, officers request "another unit along with a supervisor" for help dealing with a two men "causing a disturbance" at the coffee shop.Later, officers inform dispatch that they've made two arrests and are en route back to headquarters.Following the arrest, Starbucks would decline to press charges and the men would be released. The woman who called police was reportedly the manager of the store. She has "left the store" while Starbucks investigates the matter.Video of the arrest filmed by a customer at the shop has been shared thousands of times on social media and prompted a rebuke by the company's CEO. Yesterday, Starbucks announced it would close 8,000 company-owned stores on May 29 to conduct racial-bias education with its employees.  1302

PARIS, Tenn. — The daughter of Hank Williams Jr. was killed in a crash in Henry County, Tennessee, Saturday night.The Tennessee Highway Patrol said 27-year-old Katherine Williams-Dunning was driving and towing a boat on Highway 79 near Paris when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the dividing median of the highway and rolled over.THP said her husband, Tyler Dunning, was injured in the crash. Papa John won't leave Papa John's alone.The company has tried hard to distance itself from founder John Schnatter, who blamed the NFL for poor pizza sales last fall and then admitted using the N-word on a conference call this spring.Sales slumped, and Papa John's stock declined. CEO Steve Ritchie and the current leadership blame Schnatter, who stepped down as chairman in July.Schnatter told CNNMoney in an interview Tuesday that he's being scapegoated."You can't blame everything on two comments," he said. "I wish I had that kind of power, but I don't."Instead, Schnatter pinned the company's problems on Ritchie, who became CEO in January. Schnatter described him as a poor leader who has created a culture of intimidation at Papa John's, and let quality and customer service slip."We need new leadership," he said. "He struggles as a CEO.""Steve'll make a great executive somewhere else," he added. "He's just the wrong guy for the job."He described upper management under Ritchie as vindictive and controlling."People right now are scared to talk," he said.Schnatter, who is still the largest shareholder and owns almost a third of the company, insists he doesn't want to return as CEO. PARADISE HILLS (CNS) - A 28-year-old man and his 27-year-old passenger were injured today after the 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle they were riding crashed into a stationary vehicle in the Paradise Hills neighborhood of San Diego.The collision happened at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 6400 block of Potomac Street, according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.``The driver lost control of his motorcycle and slid into a parked vehicle,'' Heims said. ``The driver sustained broken knees along with several other injuries.''The passenger suffered a dislocated right hip. Both were transported to a local hospital.A San Diego Police Traffic Division investigation determined the crash occurred, at least in part, because of substance intoxication. 774
