(CNS) - Authorities Wednesday announced a ,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in connection with a shooting outside a Spring Valley marijuana dispensary that killed a 59-year-old security guard in early June.Deputies responded around 11:05 p.m. on June 2 to the dispensary at 8721 Troy St., just east of state Route 125, and found Kenneth Love II mortally wounded, sheriff's Lt. This particular example only costs a dollar, plus there’s no charge for shipping, although they’re coming from China. But, while you might not pay for shipping on this particular order, you’re paying for it in other ways you might not know about.“We might not see it in that package, say of yoga pants that's being shipped, but we're paying the subsidy through taxpayer dollars,” explains Dempsey. “We're paying for it as consumers when we go to the postal service and send a small package. SOLANA BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) - Lifeguards in Solana Beach have taped off an area near Fletcher Cove after a series of small bluff collapses. Video of the crumbling cliff was captured on camera Sunday afternoon. Chunks of the sandstone tumbled about 75 feet down to the beach. No one was injured but signs were still up warning beachgoers to stay away from the unstable bluffs. 383

SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) - Seventeen homes in Spring Valley were without water Friday night, after a water main break.The homes were mostly along Rothgard Road, according to officials with the Helix Water District.An 8-inch water main broke near Harmony Lane and Cristobal Drive around 3:30 p.m. Crews turned off the water before 4 p.m. to begin repairs.There was a water truck brought out for families impacted by the water shut off.Crews expect to have repairs completed, and the water turned on again by the Saturday morning. 540
