A Caroline County, Maryland man was arrested after an investigation led to criminal charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.The suspect, Jeffrey Litteral, 52, of Denton, Maryland, has been charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, possession of obscene material and distribution of obscene material. Litteral was arrested near his home at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night and, from there, he was taken before a court commissioner for an initial appearance and was held without bond.This investigation began in 2017 when a Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division investigator received information about possible child pornography being uploaded to the internet. This led to Litteral and the development of evidence that enabled investigators to obtain an arrest warrant.During the investigation, detectives also learned that Litteral was employed by the United States Secret Service. A California coffee shop refused service to a customer last week after he insulted a Muslim woman and her headscarf.According to KTLA-TV, the video was shot inside of a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store in Riverside, California on Friday. The video opens with a man standing in line for coffee."I said, 'Is this Halloween or something?" the man says."Why did you say that?" the woman filming asks."Why wouldn't I? A fist fight during rush hour at a busy Omaha intersection was caught on cell phone video by another driver. The road rage footage shows two drivers blocking traffic to fight. The incident happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday, but it's unclear what events led up to the fight. The video shows the two men outside of their cars and exchanging blows before the men went into their separate vehicles and drove away.   441

His wife was awarded million in damages.Banker Stephen Lanzo said he used Johnson & Johnson products like Shower to Shower and Baby Powder for more than 30 years, and he claimed that inhaling the powder caused his mesothelioma, an aggressive and deadly cancer that impacts the lining of the lungs.Deposits of talc, one of the Earth's softest minerals, are often located near deposits of the minerals that constitute asbestos, and studies have shown the risk of cross-contamination during mining. A Cape Coral, Florida woman is in jail on a DUI charge after police say she bought more wine after crashing in a Publix parking lot.50-year-old Lisa Lehman is facing charges of DUI and Hit and Run.According to Cape Coral Police, around 8 a.m. Sunday, a customer came out of the Publix on Cape Coral Parkway to find her parked vehicle damaged.As the victim talked to police at the scene, Lehman arrived, placed a brown bag in her car, and identified herself as the driver of the car.  She admitted that she had hit and damaged the victim's car. Officers noted that Lehman was having balance issues and smelled of alcohol.EMS checked Lehman and found no medical issues, and officers conducted a DUI investigation, during which she failed several sobriety tests, according to a police report.Lehman was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.A search of her vehicle revealed an empty Chardonnay bottle under a seat, and the brown bag contained a bottle of Moscato she had just purchased from Publix. 1040
