You can get a low profile," says clinic Marketing Director, Marcell Reyes Vermillion, as he poses for selfies in a bright yellow photo-booth adorned with strings of yellow balls and a yellow shag carpet.The selfie-booth encourages those "cleared for sex" to take a picture for social media."This is a very sex positive message that we're hoping to share with people," said Dr. Susan Little, Professor of Medicine for UC San Diego. "There has been a lot of messaging around disease prevention. And we now have really good drugs, biomedical interventions, to prevent HIV infection among people who are negative. And to prevent transmission among people who are positive." Make no mistake, Dr. Little makes clear the goal is to stop transmission of STDs. Especially HIV among young Hispanic men where cases are still on rise. But Dr. Little says the new approach is to make getting checked an inviting experience, that celebrates health and sex."I think the time as come to let people know they no longer have to worry about disease," says Dr. Little. "We need to try and promote a sex positive, status neutral, sexual health promotion, rather than disease prevention." "Get checked, then you can mate with anyone you want," says Vermillion. (KGTV) — GoFundMe has found itself hosting another border wall related campaign, this time to counter a growing fundraiser to fund President Trump's border wall.The "Ladders to Get Over Trump's Wall" campaign was created to counter a multi-million dollar GoFundMe in support of the border wall. And while it says it's for ladders to get over the wall, it's not in the literal sense.Instead, the campaign says it intends to donate the money raised to legal services to underserved immigrant children, families, and refugees though the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES), a Texas-based nonprofit."We saw some folks are raising money for a border wall to keep out our migrant siblings and fellow human beings, who are fleeing violence and persecution and whose tragically-underpaid labor is essential to the U.S. economy. Seems like a bad idea on countless levels for everyone involved," the campaign writes. "Maybe we should focus on human rights and creating a community that reflects our supposed values."The campaign writes that while literal ladders are not its intention, it's about "lifting people up."As of Thursday at 4:25 p.m., the campaign had raised more than ,000 of its 0 million goal. (KGTV) — A power outage knocked out electricity to at least 2,000 SDG&E customers in the Oceanside area Thursday, including City Hall.The outage began just after 10:30 a.m., according to the utility company's outage map. A cause for the outage has not been listed.Oceanside City Hall confirmed the building had lost power in the outage.Restoration of power is expected by 1:30 p.m., according to the map. 416

(CNN) -- Two of three children who went missing after floodwater swept up their vehicle in central Arizona have been found dead, the Gila County Sheriff's Office said Saturday.The search continues for the third child, authorities said.The children vanished Friday when a car crossing Tonto Creek, about 60 miles west of the New Mexico border, was caught in flooding around 4 p.m. local time, Gila County Undersheriff Mike Johnson said.Four children and one adult managed to get out of the vehicle and were stranded on an island in the creek, where they were rescued by a helicopter from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Johnson said.A woman who was in the water also got out, but three children were unaccounted for, the undersheriff said.The children and two adults were all in the car together when it was overtaken by floodwater, Johnson told CNN. It's unclear how they know each other and how old they are.An Arizona Department of Public Safety helicopter joined the search Friday night, along with local authorities and the fire department, Johnson said.A flood warning was in effect for Gila County until 8:45 p.m. local time on Friday, according to the National Weather Service in Phoenix. 1209
