TELLER COUNTY, Colo. – Investigators are working around the clock as they continue to search the home of Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé in Florissant, Colorado for a second straight day, the Woodland Park Police Department Chief said in a press release Saturday.The multi-jurisdictional task force is searching the 35-acre property of Patrick Frazee, who has not been ruled out as a suspect in Berreth’s disappearance.Details about what the search would cover on Saturday were not released, but Chief Miles J. De Young said the case “is the number one priority for the Woodland Park Police Department.”De Young said the couple’s 1-year-old daughter remains with her father, who is continuing to cooperate with law enforcement during the investigation.He also said his department continues to be in contact with the Teller County Department of Human Services in regard to the child’s custody, adding that department “does not have evidence that [the child’s] safety is at risk while in Patrick Frazee’s custody.” 1022

Surveillance video captured a woman red-handed, with her hand in a donation box at a 7 - Eleven in Melvindale, Michigan.However, she wasn’t putting in her two cents.  The images have some people outraged and giving the lady a piece of their minds. The video shows the woman standing at the counter. It appears when the coast was clear, she made her move.According to the video, she grabbed the donation box meant for the Dearborn Animal Shelter and people with Friends For Animals of Metro Detroit.The staff and volunteers help cats and dogs every step of the way. The donations are used for medical care, food, shelter and anything the animals need in order to help them get adopted.Now it’s gone. “There’s about 40 dollars in there coins and bills”, said 7-Eleven employee Michelle Roberson.“Robbing alone is disturbing, but from a charity that only helps people!,"  said David Wayman, who also works at the store. The shelter and the non-profit both need the support, said  Katie Johnson, Director of Operations with Friends of Animals of Metro Detroit.“We are a non-profit, we take in 2,500 animals a year and we rely on the generosity and support of wonderful donors," Johnson said. "We just put an appeal out there to say, whoever took it, please return it because it will really help us save a little furry life." If you would like to help them recoup some of the money that was lost when the donation box was stolen, you can make a donation at www.metrodetroitanimals.org. 1603

Starbucks will take a time-out to work on re-training it's workers on racial bias, but the family of the man killed outside a Starbucks in Milwaukee Wisconsin was critical of the coffee company's decision.Starbucks will close all 8,000 stores for a day on May 29 after a Starbucks worker in Philadelphia called police accusing two black men of loitering in the store. Their arrest is now a viral video.But the family of Dontre Hamilton, who was shot and killed after a Starbucks employee called the police on him for sleeping on a bench, says it is a familiar over-reaction by someone who works for Starbucks."We feel Starbucks was partly responsible for calling on an individual who wasn't bothering anyone that day in this park," said Nate Hamilton, the brother of Dontre Hamilton.After Dontre Hamilton's death on April 30, 2014, there were protests both inside and outside the Starbucks. The then Starbucks CEO met with the Hamilton family privately, they say to talk about race and Starbucks."They should have started retraining their employees then," said Nate Hamilton.Others in Milwaukee agree Starbucks is not the only company that needs to work on racial profiling."If I go somewhere and I am not the dominant color, to put it the roughest way possible, then someone's looking, double checking," said northwest side resident Patrice Green.Cornelius McClendon and Lindzy Crawford say as Marquette students they had to be careful how they acted and it hasn't changed."Whether I was at a department store, whether I was walking down the street, we kind of set our own rules where we don't wear hoodies, you don't wear sweatpants. Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres has reportedly fired three “Ellen” producers amid allegations of a toxic work environment and sexual harassment by the producers. Variety and Hollywood Reporter confirmed the news on Monday.Hollywood Reporter reported it obtained an email sent to “Ellen” staffers by DeGeneres that producers Ed Glavin, Kevin Leman and Jonathan Norman were dismissed from the program.According to the note obtained by Hollywood Reporter, "I’m so, so sorry for what this has become. TEMECULA, Calif. (KGTV) - U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a man Sunday on suspicion of smuggling more than 143 pounds of methamphetamine on Interstate 15 in Temecula. Agents pulled over the Ford F-150 near the Border Patrol checkpoint at 9:15 p.m. A K-9 unit alerted agents during an exterior search. A secondary inspection led to the discovery of 33 bundles of meth inside the wood paneling, officials said. The drugs had an estimated street value of 0,640. The driver, a 55-year-old U.S. citizen, was arrested at the scene. 539
