Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said he spoke with President Donald Trump from Vietnam about the Roy Moore situation, and will have "further discussions" with him when the President returns.McConnell said he believes the women who say that Moore pursued relationships with them when they were teenagers and while he was in his 30s. Cory Gardner, R-Colorado, has said that Moore should be expelled if he ends up in the Senate -- something that requires a two-thirds majority vote and hasn't been done in 155 years. Gardner, head of the Senate Republican campaign committee, released a stunning statement, stating clearly that if Moore "refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him."Asked if he agrees with Gardner that Moore should be expelled, McConnell told reporters on Tuesday that Moore is "obviously not fit to be in the United States Senate."Still, Moore's name will appear on the Alabama ballot in December. DeSantis announced Friday in his press conference in St. Petersburg that restaurants and select businesses can operate at full capacity.Phase 3 of Gov. DeSantis' "SAFE. SMART. STEP-BY-STEP PLAN" ensures Floridians that restaurants can reopen at a minimum 50% capacity if the local government prohibits them from reopening at full capacity.“Everybody has an opportunity and the right to work. Every business has the right to operate,” said Gov. DeSantis said.With Phase 3, Gov. DeSantis said he will no longer place limitations on businesses due to coronavirus concerns."There will not be limitations from the state of Florida," Gov. DeSantis said.The Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) President and CEO Carol Dover said the pandemic has caused 336,000 people in the industry to lose their jobs.“The effects on the local and state economy have been significant. SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — Police in South Euclid, Ohio said a man cast a Voodoo spell on officers when they arrested him during a domestic disturbance call.According to police, the man claimed to have cast the Haitian spirit of death and the afterlife, Baron Samedi, on the arresting officers.Then, when he was being placed in a cell, the man slapped an officer, urinated on the floor and tore the security camera from the ceiling. 439

SOLANA BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) -- Bike riders in Solana Beach were out in their bright pink Saturday morning to raise money for breast cancer patients. It was all part of the annual Boob Ride lead riders along the coast, some as far north as Camp Pendleton. Participants could ride for 30, 60 or 90 miles.After the ride, there was a big party at Tidewater Tavern where riders enjoyed a buffet, massages and beer. Over 200 cyclists were expected, over 300 showed up to the after party.All of the money raised goes to help breast cancer patients with meal preps, rides to appointments and other needs.  630
