Amazon’s voice assistant in the U.S. can now predict “latent goals,” or potential requests that a user doesn’t explicitly ask.

Among them, 27 were related to the service sector, with a total investment of 21.66 billion yuan. Another 16 were related to advanced manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and high tech, with an investment of 23.33 billion yuan, and five related to new energy and new materials, with an investment of 5.95 billion yuan.

A year later, the company also lost its K-12 education general manager, who had come to Amazon with the TenMarks acquisition.
