Comedian Jay Leno is making his way back to television.Next fall, Leno will host the revival of the comedy show "You Bet Your Life," Fox Television Stations announced in a press release."We need a familiar face to make us laugh, and we are incredibly proud and excited to reinvent this renowned franchise with the enormously talented Jay," stated Jack Abernethy, CEO, FOX Television Stations in the press release.Comedy legend Groucho Marx was the host of the legendary show more than a half-century ago."I'm thrilled to be hosting the latest version of 'You Bet Your Life,' Leno said. "One of my favorite things to do is talk to regular people and draw humor out of them. This is a comedy show wrapped in a game show that allows me to do just that."The reboot will consist of two strangers trying to win prize money by correctly answering questions about pre-determined categories, the media company said.Two pairs of contestants will participate in each episode.The last time Leno appeared on TV was when he hosted "The Tonight Show" from 1992 to 2014.The show will be broadcasted on FOX. 1098

Coronavirus cases have forced the postponement or cancelation of 10 college football games this weekend.Out of the 10 games, only one involved a Top 25 team. No. 10 Wisconsin has canceled its game against Purdue, marking the second weekend in a row the Badgers have not played. In recent weeks, Wisconsin announced a total of 27 virus cases among players and staff.The postponements and cancelations mark the most games disrupted due to the virus.While not postponed or canceled, the top college football game of the weekend, Clemson vs Notre Dame, will be played without Heisman Trophy candidate Trevor Lawrence. CORONADO, Calif. (KGTV) -- Coronado Lifeguards confirmed a shark sighting on Coronado Beach Tuesday afternoon. According to a message posted on Facebook by police, the 12-foot-long white shark was spotted just off the shore of in the North Beach area just before 2 p.m. Lifeguards posted warning signs shortly after the sighting to let beachgoers know about the sighting. Lifeguards chose not to close the beach because the shark was not seen "engaging with anyone in the water.""The lifeguard was out on a paddle board about 100 yards from the shoreline, just past the surf in 6 to 8 feet of water, just before 2 p.m. when he saw the shark appear next to him. It was larger than his 11-foot paddle board," the department said. Colin Kaepernick's publishing company is putting out a collection of 30 essays over the next four weeks about abolition, police, and prisons. The project is titled: "Abolition For the People: The Movement For A Future Without Policing & Prisons." Kaepernick envisioned and curated this project following the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. In his introduction, Kaepernick writes that the killings of Floyd and Taylor "forced our nation to grapple" with the "devastation of police terrorism." The quarterback began to kneel during the national anthem in 2016 to protest racism and police brutality.
