PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla — CVS has pulled all powdered Enfamil baby formula off its shelves as its pharmacy department does an internal review. The move comes after a Florida mother shared her story about what she found inside a tub of formula with Scripps station WFTS in Tampa.Alison Denning says her package of Enfamil baby formula was tampered with before she opened the package."When I opened it up, this seal that wraps around was opened,” she said. RELATED: Mom says baby formula bought at nearby CVS was replaced with flourDenning says the package looked fine on the outside and even had the protective seal intact on the lid, which is why she didn’t think twice about buying it. But when she got it home, she knew what she found inside was not baby formula. She sent the product back to the manufacturer for lab testing. She says Enfamil has been extremely friendly and helpful.Enfamil said Denning's is an “isolated incident” and haven’t had any other reports of flour for this particular batch of formula. But this isn't the first time baby formula has tampered with — last year, a woman was arrested in Tucson, Arizona after she was found guilty of swapping baby formula with flour at two Walmart stores in the area. One baby was sickened after ingesting the tampered product but is doing OK now, according to the Associated Press.“There is no recall related to this or other Enfamil branded products,” Lynn Kenney said. She's the Head of Corporate Communications, North America for the makers of Enfamil, Reckitt Benckiser. Even still, CVS decided to pull the product."Enfamil powder is temporarily unavailable in our stores due to an internal review being conducted by CVS Pharmacy," CVS said in a statement. "Our store employees can assist customers with finding an alternative product in the meantime. Police in Washington, D.C. released body camera video Thursday from the shooting death of 18-year-old Deon Kay.Police said the incident began Wednesday when Kay and his friends brandished firearms on a social media livestream. Officers located where the livestream was taking place, drove to the scene and found the group.Less than 10 seconds after arriving on the scene, Officer Alexander Alvarez fired the fatal shots that killed Kay.According to D.C. Metropolitan Police Chief Peter Newsham, Alvarez was chasing another suspect at the time of the shooting."When he turned around, that's when Deon Kay approached him and displayed a handgun, and in response to that, the officer fired one round," Newsham said. "Unfortunately, Deon Kay lost his life."Alavarez had been with the department for two years prior to the shooting. All officers involved in the shooting were placed on administrative leave, which is department policy.Police also said that Kay threw his gun away prior to being shot. Officers found it 90 feet away from his body."I know that he's validated gang member from the area and I know that he's had multiple touches with the criminal justice system," Newsham saod. "I'm pretty sure Deon Kay fell through multiple safety nets before yesterday afternoon."Washington, D.C. PHOENIX, Arizona — Aaron Wallace was sleeping when he was attacked in his bed.The patient at the Arizona State Hospital was stabbed by Reuben Murray, a fellow patient with a murderous past, who was wandering the halls unsupervised in the middle of the night with a sharpened pencil, according to a recent lawsuit filed against the state.The lawsuit raises new questions about safety and security inside Arizona’s only public psychiatric hospital and whether conditions have improved after sweeping changes and promises were made following an extensive KNXV television station three years ago.  The lawsuit also alleges warnings about Murray’s aggressive behavior were ignored in the days before the stabbing.“The place is not better,” said Josh Mozell, an attorney representing Wallace. “Things have not changed. PARIS, Tenn. — The daughter of Hank Williams Jr. was killed in a crash in Henry County, Tennessee, Saturday night.The Tennessee Highway Patrol said 27-year-old Katherine Williams-Dunning was driving and towing a boat on Highway 79 near Paris when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the dividing median of the highway and rolled over.THP said her husband, Tyler Dunning, was injured in the crash.
