BEIJING, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) have been maintaining communications on the Korean Peninsula issue through diplomatic channels, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.
In the message, Xi said that over the past six decades, the Russia-China Friendship Association has adhered to the principle of friendship in managing relations with China, actively carried out people-to-people exchanges, and made significant contribution to promoting mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.
"The cooperation between the Silk Road Fund and GE will not only boost cooperation between high-end manufacturing companies from China and the U.S., but also promote economic development of the regions where their investment goes," the statement said.
The Sultan congratulated on China's achievements, and expressed support for the Belt and Road Initiative.
In 2018, Cambodia will co-chair the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC), a sub-regional cooperation mechanism jointly established by the six countries along the Mekong River, known in China as Lancang River, namely China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
