(KGTV) -- The state’s Department of Motor Vehicles is reopening its remaining field offices that were shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Starting Thursday, June 11, 169 DMV locations across California will reopen for customers that have appointments and provide service for limited transactions that require an in-person visit.DMV field offices were closed in March due to the coronavirus pandemic but select locations around the state began reopening in May with limited service.Although field offices will reopen, many services -- including behind-the-wheel drive tests – are not available for the time being. (KGTV) — Riverside County was rattled by a 3.9-magnitude earthquake Tuesday afternoon.The quake hit at about 1:20 p.m. a little more than a mile east of the Wildomar, Calif., area of Riverside County, between Lake Elsinore and Murrieta. The quake had a depth of about 8.8 miles.According to the U.S. Geological Survey "Did You Feel It?" map, the earthquake could be felt as far south as Escondido.No damages or injuries have been reported. 447
