SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police are searching for an 18-year-old at-risk woman who disappeared from her Barrio Logan home on Sunday.Police say Kaedyn Carmon was last seen leaving her home at about 5:50 p.m. She left on foot in an unknown direction after an argument.Carmon is diagnosed with Autism with the mental capacity of a 9- to 11-year-old, police added.She's described as a black/white female with black hair and brown eyes, and about 5-feet, 3-inches tall and 260 pounds. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police are searching for a man with autism and epilepsy who hasn't been seen since he left home Sunday.Guillermo Gradilla has a history of running away, his family said. In the past, he has traveled to Mexico and Los Angeles looking for relatives. On Monday, the Metropolitan Transit System cited Gradilla for fare evasion near 750 E St., Chula Vista. Gradilla is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police are searching for the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Mountain View last month.Police say 81-year-old Ruben Mendez was walking in a crosswalk at the intersection of South 45th St. and Logan Ave. on June 30 just before 7:30 p.m. An unknown, silver-colored vehicle was turning left onto Logan Ave. when it collided with Mendez. The vehicle then headed eastbound in the 4700 block of Logan Ave., police say.The vehicle did not stop to check on Mendez before fleeing the scene, police added.Mendez sustained major injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Padres outfielder Tommy Pham is expected to miss 4-6 weeks after breaking a bone in his left hand during the team’s loss at Arizona Sunday.Padres skipper Jayce Tingler confirmed Pham’s injury during an appearance Monday on MLB Network Radio.The injury happened during Pham’s ninth inning at-bat in Sunday’s game. The left fielder/DH fouled off a pitch and then immediately shook his left hand in apparent pain.Following a visit from the trainer, Pham exited the game, forcing the Padres to put Greg Garcia in to finish the at-bat in the eventual 5-4 loss. The Friars' loss was their fifth in a row.At the time of his injury, Pham was the tied for the MLB lead in stolen bases with six and among the league leaders in walks.
