A Massachusetts man has been charged after Donald Trump Jr.'s family and others received threatening letters with suspicious powder last month, the US attorney for Massachusetts announced Thursday.The criminal complaint filed by US attorney Andrew Lelling's office said Daniel Frisiello, 24, was charged with five counts of mailing a threat and five counts of false information and hoaxes. The announcement said Frisiello was arrested Thursday morning and is scheduled to appear in federal court in the afternoon.The complaint said investigators were able to identify Frisiello by tracing a glitter bomb he ordered with his name to one of the people who also received the suspicious powder.  704

A tourist was stabbed while playing slots Monday at the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas.It happened shortly after 1 a.m. A man, who was visiting from another country with his brother, was approached by another man who asked him for a cigarette.The man then stabbed the tourist in his side with warning or provocation.The victim's brother chased the suspect but was unable to catch him.The suspect was later spotted by security guards at Four Queens. They called 911. A patrol unit then spotted the suspect near Fremont Street and Maryland Parkway and arrested him.The victim was transported to a local hospital and expected to be discharged later today, according to Watch Commander Lt. A man who held up a "Trump 2020" sign while riding Splash Mountain at Disney World says he has been banned from the park for life.Dion Cini of New York City donned a "Make America Great Again" visor and strategically held up a "Trump 2020" banner so it would show up in the on-ride photos that are available for purchase near the exit of Splash Mountain.NBC News reports that Cini was later told that he has been permanently prevented from visiting its parks.Disney told NBC that it wasn't the content of Cini's sign that resulted in the ban but the fact that he held up a sign "to incite a crowd."Disney World's park rules state that "unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign for commercial purposes, or to incite a crowd" as among its prohibited activities.Cini posted a picture of his ride photo, along with what appears to be a ticket documenting his ban from the parks on FacebookAlex Hider is a writer for the E.W. A new sculpture has been unveiled at Arlington National Cemetery that honors the commitment of our brave military servicewomen.Called “The Pledge,” the life-size statue features a female soldier in a full combat uniform alongside a service dog.A website for the sculptor, Susan Bahary, says the piece is meant to emphasize the capabilities of women, which were attributed to only men not long ago.“’The Pledge’ captures a brief private moment of mutual respect and love, with duty calling,” the website says. “They pledge to support each other, doing the best they can to accomplish their important mission and stay safe.”The sculpture was commissioned by the U.S. War Dogs Association.It will be on display at the Women In Military Service For America Memorial, which The Associated Press reports is the only major national memorial honoring all women who have defended America throughout its history.Click here to learn about visiting the memorial. 958

A memorial outside a Pittsburgh synagogue continues to grow, after the deadliest attack against Jews in U.S. history.The rabbi of the Pittsburgh synagogue opens up Monday about the moments the gunman started shooting.Rabbi Jeffrey Myers tried to save members of his Tree of Life congregation, when the gunman opened fire.“At that time, I instructed my congregants to drop to the floor, do not utter a sound, and don't move,” Rabbi Myers recalls. “Our pews are thick hulled oak, and I thought perhaps there's some protection there.”The rabbi says he helped a group of people in the front of congregation escape, but he says he felt helpless for those trapped in the back.“I could hear the gunfire getting louder,” he says. “It was no longer safe for me to be there, and I had to leave them. One of the eight was shot and she's survived her wounds. The other seven of my congregants were gunned down in my sanctuary. There was nothing I could do.”The gunman, identified as Robert Bowers, murdered 11 people. The victims ranged in age from 54 to 97.Six others, including four police officers, were also injured.According to investigators, right after the shooting, the suspect told authorities he just wanted to kill Jews.Federal prosecutors say they plan to pursue the death penalty against the accused gunman. 1316
