The Hyundai was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a metal swing arm barricade.It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were factors in the collision. The driver's name was not released.Tijuana police said the driver's vehicle struck a 70-year-old man and a 49-year-old wheelchair-bound woman on the Mexican side of the border. SAN YSIDRO, Calif. (KGTV) — One man was found dead near train tracks in San Ysidro on Wednesday, prompting a homicide investigation.San Diego Police were called to the area of 300 S. Vista Ave. just before 3:30 p.m. Officers arrived to find a person, described as a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s, down in the roadway. SAN YSIDRO, California — Migrants rushed the border Sunday morning, forcing the closure of the San Ysidro Port of Entry and several San Diego interstates. Southbound Interstate 5 and 805 closed at State Route 905, forcing drivers to be rerouted on one of the busiest travel days of the year. All north and southbound lanes of the port of entry were also closed to all vehicles and pedestrians, halting traffic. Las Americas Premium Outlets was also shut down due to safety and security. Check out the map below for more:  559
