A Cape Coral, Florida woman is in jail on a DUI charge after police say she bought more wine after crashing in a Publix parking lot.50-year-old Lisa Lehman is facing charges of DUI and Hit and Run.According to Cape Coral Police, around 8 a.m. Sunday, a customer came out of the Publix on Cape Coral Parkway to find her parked vehicle damaged.As the victim talked to police at the scene, Lehman arrived, placed a brown bag in her car, and identified herself as the driver of the car.  She admitted that she had hit and damaged the victim's car. Officers noted that Lehman was having balance issues and smelled of alcohol.EMS checked Lehman and found no medical issues, and officers conducted a DUI investigation, during which she failed several sobriety tests, according to a police report.Lehman was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.A search of her vehicle revealed an empty Chardonnay bottle under a seat, and the brown bag contained a bottle of Moscato she had just purchased from Publix. 1040

The press release from CAL FIRE reads, “Those responsible for starting fires due to negligence or illegal activity can be held financially and criminally responsible.”A spokesman for California’s Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, also known as CAL FIRE, told The Daily Mail the family whose device started the El Dorado Fire could be liable for the entire bill for the destruction.The couple was reportedly still at the park where the fire started when firefighters arrived.“We know how it started because they were still there,” Bennet Milloy with CAL FIRE told The Daily Mail. “That, and the fact that there were surveillance cameras in the park.”Milloy says they could face a variety of criminal charges, which could increase if homes and buildings are destroyed. "It was unreal because this is the moment you always wish for."At just two years old, Skylar has already endured more than most girls her age."When you’re told that your child has a birth defect before they come out, it changes your whole outlook on life," Shawn Turner said. Spina Bifida is a birth defect where the spinal cord doesn’t fully develop, making it difficult for those affected to walk.At first, Unissa Turner took Skyler's diagnosis really hard, and says she still tends to blame herself."I do still feel that it’s my fault, but I know it’s not," she said. "But, I definitely took it really hard."A determined toddler, Skylar wasn’t going to let her condition stop her from taking her first steps, or even dancing. She loves Taylor Swift and dances when one of her songs is on.The special moment of Skylar trying to walk to her father, not once, not twice – but three times, until eventually making it into his arms was all caught on camera. A day after indicating a formal NFL request for information on an alleged physical assault involving star running back Kareem Hunt didn't occur until last week, Cleveland police said Wednesday the league was given a copy of the police report in February.The report did not go through the official public records request process, police said on their website.
