DEL MAR, Calif. (KGTV) - A local woman says that a man posed as a Del Mar plastic surgeon and groped her for several minutes during a consultation exam. Team 10 investigative reporter Jennifer Kastner verified that he is the manager of a cosmetic surgery center, but he is not a licensed medical provider. He denies any wrongdoing.“All I can remember is being in the car and just bawling, just crying,” she tells us. She claims that the crime against her was deeply personal, so we’re not revealing her identity.She says her tears came just minutes after she says she left Del Mar Cosmetic Contouring Surgery. It’s a private business located in a medical office building off of El Camino Real.“He pinched my nipples. He grabbed the side of my chest. He lifted [my breasts] up with both hands,” she tells 10News. She’s talking about Dario Moscoso, who operates the cosmetic surgery business that specializes in fat contouring. “She’s a liar. She’s trying to extort money,” says Moscoso. “Do you touch patients?” we ask him. He replies, “No. I do not touch patients.”She says she visited the office for a full body contouring consultation, when Moscoso allegedly took her to an exam room, alone, had her disrobe, and grabbed her all over without gloves on. She tells us that he had her pull her pants down, too.“Did you think Mr. Moscoso was a plastic surgeon?” we ask. “Yes. He wore a white coat…he had a clip board. He had paperwork that I was signing,” she responds.“Have you ever represented yourself as a plastic surgeon?” we ask him. “No,” he replies.We also ask, “[Do you make] it very clear with each patient coming in that you are not a licensed medical provider?” “Absolutely,” he tells us. “If they try to disrobe, I do not allow it. [I] absolutely do not allow it,” he adds.His Instagram account shows “Plastic Surgeon” under his name.“That is a category,” he explains. He tells us that it represents the industry that he works in, not his profession. The woman who’s accusing him of groping her tells us that the consultation made her extremely uncomfortable, but she was desperate to change her body. So, she put down a deposit, left the office, and called back at a later date.“I was na?ve,” she says.When she later called back, she says she learned that a Doctor Gerald Schneider would be doing the procedure. Schneider is on probation with the Medical Board of California for sexual misconduct with another patient. He is still allowed to practice with Moscoso as a third-party chaperone. Moscoso says that he and Dr. Schneider always follow that rule.Schneider would not do an interview with 10News.He, Moscoso and their cosmetic procedure businesses are now being sued for what the alleged victim says happened to her.“[It’s] an absolute lie. It never [happened]. In all the years that I've been doing this, I have never had that happen before,” Moscoso adds.The alleged victim doesn't buy it. She thinks that other patients have been assaulted, too. “Come forward. Come forward, because he needs to be stopped,” she adds. She's being represented by the Pride Law Firm in Mission Valley.The Medical Board of California reports that it’s looking into these allegations. 3194

NASCAR has an official partnership with Goodyear, as Goodyear is the “Official Tire of NASCAR.”Go Fas Racing general manager Mason St. Hilaire told Fox Business that the choice is either drive with Goodyear tires, or no tires at all.“We just have one way to run them,” St. Hilaire told FOX Business. “It’s either those tires or no tires. We don’t have much of a choice. There should be two. I don’t know if you should just have one. You’ve got to keep something for the competition, right? Putting another one in would probably be a little bit of fun, both for cost and competition.”The Trump 2020 car has been driven by Corey LaJoie this summer. The relationship with Go Fas Racing and the car’s sponsor, Patriots of America, is for nine races this season.Trump called for the boycott on Wednesday after reports accused Goodyear of banning hats with Trump’s campaign slogan from being worn by employees. DECATUR TOWNSHIP, Ind. — More than 30 states have laws or local ordinances that prevent drivers from warming up their car without being inside of it, but it’s legal in Indiana – and every year, Hoosier drivers pay the price.“My husband started my car up for me to take my son to school and I came back out and my car was gone,” said Stacy Smith.Smith said her van had only been sitting in the driveway of her Indiana home and running for about 15 minutes. But that’s all it took for a thief to jump inside and drive away.Car thefts are all too common in Indianapolis. Over the past week, police have taken reports for at least 139 different incidents. Of those, at least 10 were listed as either warming up or running at the time they were stolen.Smith, who works for the Department of Corrections, says she’s been starting her car and letting it idle in the driveway for years, but it only took one time for her to learn an expensive lesson.The thieves didn’t just get away with her van.“They took my duty belt – it has my handcuffs, my OC (pepper spray), had all my kid's car seats,” said Smith.Police are asking drivers to think twice about starting their vehicles to warm them, and if you want it warmed before you leave to make sure you’re inside of it when it’s on.The other option police suggest is using a remote start with a kill switch, in case something happens. DANBURY, Conn. (AP) - It's official. It's now the John Oliver Memorial Sewer Plant in Danbury, Connecticut. The City Council voted 18-1 Thursday night to rename the plant after the comedian, who began a tongue-in-cheek battle with Danbury when he went on an expletive-filled rant against the city on HBO's "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" in August. In the August 16 episode, Oliver named off three things he knew about the time, one of which was a "standing invite to come to get a thrashing from John Oliver."Mayor Mark Boughton responded by saying the city was going to rename the plant after Oliver because Oliver was full of the stuff the plant processes. Boughton announced the tongue-in-cheek move in a video posted on his Facebook page."We are going to rename it the John Oliver Memorial Sewer Plant," Boughton said in the video while standing in front of the sewage plant. "Why? Because it's full of (crap) just like you, John."Oliver offered to donate ,000 to local charities if the city actually renamed the plant. 1040

Danish inventor Peter Madsen has been found guilty of the mutilation and murder of Swedish journalist Kim Wall, and sentenced to life in prison.He was also found guilty of the indecent handling of a corpse and "sexual relations other than intercourse of a particularly dangerous nature," evidenced by stab wounds inside and outside Wall's genital area.Wall, a promising 30-year-old journalist, was last seen boarding Madsen's submarine in Copenhagen on August 10 last year when she had planned to interview him for an upcoming article.Instead she disappeared, her torso washed up on August 21 on an island near Copenhagen. Her head and legs were found weeks later.Madsen consistently denied charges of murder and sexual assault, claiming Wall died by accident from carbon dioxide poisoning, although he admitted to dismembering her body and tossing it into the sea in a state of panic.Asked on Monday if he wanted to make a last statement before the jury went into deliberation, he said, "If anything, I am sorry about what happened."  1048
