NEW YORK (AP) — Curt Schilling, Roger Clemens, and Barry Bonds are the leading candidates returning to baseball's Hall of Fame ballot in a year without any favorites among the new names. Schilling was third behind Derek Jeter and Larry Walker with 278 of 397 votes last year, finishing at 70% and 20 votes shy in balloting by the Baseball Writers' Association of America. Clemens had 242 votes for 61% and Bonds 241 for 60.7%. Pitchers Barry Zito, Tim Hudson, Mark Buehrle, and A.J. And Biden reported 2 million in cash heading into October vs. Trump's 1 million.Invitations for Sunday's fundraiser at Luckey's Newport Beach home show tickets ranging from ,800 for an individual admission to 0,000 for a couple to attend and take a photo with the president, according to the Register. NEW YORK (AP) — Getting an Amazon package delivered from the sky is closer to becoming a reality. The Federal Aviation Administration said Monday it has granted Amazon approval to deliver packages by drones. Amazon says the approval is an important step, but added that it is still testing and flying the drones. It did not say when it expected drones to make deliveries to shoppers. Last year, Amazon unveiled self-piloting drones that are fully electric, can carry 5 pounds of goods and are designed to deliver items in 30 minutes by dropping them in a backyard.The FAA said Amazon is the third drone delivery service to win flight approval.
