DENVER, Colorado — Authorities say one person is dead and four others have been wounded in a shooting in broad daylight in downtown Denver.It happened around 4 p.m. local time Monday near the busy intersection of 21st and Lawrence streets. The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is hosting the season without people in the stands to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. "It's more than just a money making venture for us, because probably this year, we won't make any money," club CEO Joe Harper said. David Pecker, the head of the company that publishes the National Enquirer, was granted immunity in the federal investigation into President Donald Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen in exchange for providing information on hush money deals, according to the Wall Street Journal.Pecker, the CEO of American Media Inc., told federal prosecutors that Trump had knowledge of Cohen's payments to women who had alleged sexual encounters with him, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
